Amazing results, amazing orthodontist, amazing team! I get compliments on my teeth and smile ALL THE TIME! My experience with Kaplan Orthodontics has been nothing but positive. I got my braces off a couple of years ago and recently had concerns about my retainer. They were able to quickly address my worries and put my mind at ease. It was nice to walk back into the office and see the friendly faces of Dr. Kaplan and his team. They always make me feel welcome and well taken care of! Highly recommend!

Im so thankful for Dr. Kaplan and his beautiful team. I moved from Michigan already, having my braces in, and finding a comfortable orthodontist for the remaining of my treatment was a bit overwhelming. They were so accommodating with calling my old office and retrieving my records to set my appointment so quickly with them. The staff are very professional, responsive, and friendly. On the day of my appointment, I was welcomed with such a warm welcoming. Dr. Kaplan energy is beyond amazing. He took the time and listened to my wants and concerns. From the beginning of the appointment to the end I am very satisfied with them all! After a year, I finally was ready to get my braces off....yesterday was such an emotional but greatful day! Thank you for making me feel beautiful with this smile that I have been wanting for many years. Those tears were definitely happy tears. In the past 24 hrs, I have gotten so much positive feedback.

Unequivocally the best medical experience I have had, bar none. Dr. Kaplan and every single person in his office that I have had any contact with have been absolutely and unfailingly cheerful, helpful, responsive, patient, and accommodating. Every text message was promptly replied to. Every schedule change was made without a hitch. Lost retainers and implements were shipped to me in several cities when I was working away from home at no cost and with no hesitation. Mine has not a been a quick and easy fix, and not one solicitation for additional money or one added fee. As happy as I am to be finished with excellent results, I’m a bit sad I won’t get to see Dr. Kaplan and the rest of his amazing staff for our regular visits. 6 stars if I could give them!

Great experience! The team made us feel comfortable and my daughter got her braces on the same day as our consultation. Dr. Kaplan is very knowledgeable. Clinic is clean, well organized and with up to date technology. Compassionate and caring practice. Glad we chose this orthodontist!
