Abe was great, thank you Abe for your enthusiasm and eagerness to assist! I have been furniture shopping for months, it’s hard to find a furniture outlet at the intersect of great quality/reasonable pricing/modern to mid century art but Kasala has it! The outlet is small but has a better selection of worthwhile pieces than most places. I purchased this ‘The Shade’ table lamp for under $150 and placed it in my bathroom; it makes a beautiful mood at night when I don’t want the full vanity lights on. The overall composure is high quality and stylish for the price. I’m glad I got this lamp and found this outlet store.

Having visited all 3 of their stores in the city, can definitely say that the team is professional and very considerate. Our delivery guys were fantastic and so mindful of to not scratch anything in the process of bringing the couch upstairs.

They carry a wide variety of quality items for a great price point and some lovely quirky decor pieces!

I'm writing this review to shout out the exemplary customer service I recently got from David Jaszewski in sales and Georgi Nedkov in service. I bought a couch at Kasala a decade or so ago and have loved it ever since, but recently one of the legs broke off. I figured 10 years is a pretty good lifespan for a couch and was resigning myself to dropping another $1-2k for a new one but figured I'd email the company just in case they could do anything to help. Turns out they stand behind their products basically forever, and they sent Georgi out to repair it a couple days later, free of charge.

It got more complicated though, since my couch was long since out of production and the new leg was a slightly different size, making the couch lopsided. I reached out again, and Georgi came back, brought the sofa into their repair shop, and replaced all of the legs. Once again, this was all free of charge and I'm still blown away by the friendly, responsive customer service which is so rare to find these days.

I don’t recommend a purchase from them out of area. We have waited for months for our sectional and during the time we waited the sectionals price changed during a promotion. Recently I find out it was being shipped to the wrong address and I have been on the phone with them and the shipping company for the last 4 days and still the delivery is currently going to the wrong address! My daughter met the driver at the wrong address and tipped the driver to deliver it where it belongs. I was told verbally they would put the sectional together but after a closer look at the paperwork see it is a curbside drop off. I’m putting on rain gear…

We recently bought the Phinney sectional from the SODO Kasala Outlet and we've been extremely happy with our purchase! The couch fits our home perfectly, is super comfortable, and big enough for two people to comfortably lounge. The couch is also super comfortable to sleep on, especially when you remove the back cushions, it makes the couch extra wide with room to move around. Perfect for afternoon naps or a place for friends to crash.

Ashley, George, and the rest of the Kasala team have been excellent to work with. We paid for delivery and assembly service which I highly recommend, the team was on time, fast and professional. They were even able to accommodate a last minute change in delivery times due to a personal emergency. A few weeks after delivery, we encountered some minor issues with our couch (slight creaking and uneven legs). I reached out to the store and was amazed by their fast response time and graciousness. Ashley was immediately available to assist us and within two days of reaching out, George came over and resolved the issues quickly.

We heard about Kasala from a friend and will continue recommending this great store!

Kasala had fallen off my radar until a neighbor bought her couch there. I bought my stoneware at the main store years ago but just learned about the outlet. Love the products they carry. Great quality, style and prices, with excellent service and guarantees. Not a huge selection at the outlet but enough if that's the style you're looking for. Furniture and other interior design options make it a great place to check out.
