Dr. McClellan is an exceptional doctor and has set herself apart from other physicians at each interaction. She has been nothing short of compassionate, professional, and thorough at each visit. She always takes the time to listen, and addresses every concern I come to her with. She never seems rushed and seems genuinely focused on helping me improve my overall health rather than just prescribing another pill to take.
I leave each appointment feeling valued, not only as a patient, but as a person....and not as if I've been viewed as a diagnostics manual code or chart number for the duration of our interaction.

Dr. McClellan is an outstanding physician. I have been her patient for over three years and could not be more satisfied. She spends time going over my treatment plans and does not seem to be rushed when meeting with me. She is the best general practice doctor I have ever had. I highly recommend her.

Was looking for a different Dr. to treat and care for a elderly family member and upon reading the reviews on Katherine McClellan decided to call and schedule a “new patient” appointment. Was told that McClellan was accepting new patients and that some in office paperwork had to be done before actually getting an appointment (signing off from previous Dr. to McCllelan) and would receive a phone call from office as soon as the process was done. A few days passed so I called to see if the paperwork was done and my phone call was avoided, more than once. After 10 days of not hearing anything, I called again only to be told that Dr. Katherine McClellan did not accept “said family member” and was given no reason as to why.
I think it says a lot about a Dr.’s “moral” values when they are in business and earned degrees to treat and care for patients and then pick and chose which patients they want to care for and forget about them as a human being who needs to be treated and cared for, no matter their age or condition !
I can only see this as a blessing in disguise and am thankful that I don’t have to send my family member to a Dr. that seemingly doesn’t care about their overall well-being and can only say to this particular Dr. , Katherine McClellan, and all other Dr.’s that there will Come a day when you will be old and hope that you get the care that you need !

May 27th my daughter went to the ER at Erlanger with symptoms high bp, numbness in face, pain, flushed skin etc. ER says possible blood clot in brain needs CT but yet didn't do one. She followed up on the 29th (earliest she could get in) with Dr Mcclellan who also says aneurysm needs to be ruled out, a CT needs to be done.

My daughter has anxieties. For days she was very scared waiting to have a CT done to see if she had an aneurysm. Called the Dr's office repeatedly. Took days to call in an antibiotic for her. Guess who called today a WEEK later for a referral for a CT scan!!!!!

Too late. Her dentist cared about her and the DENTIST did the CT scan. By the way, that dentist was Mark at Nooga Dentistry if you are looking for a good dentist.

Doctor McClellan is best I’ve seen in my 65 years. She always takes time to listen and makes sure I understand what I need to know about my care. She genuinely cares about her patients and it shows. Her office staff are always pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking a new doctor.

Dr. McClellan is the best doctor I’ve ever been to in my life, including my years in Atlanta.

She was very helpful to me, so I sent my husband to her for a gastrointestinal, inflammation, and joint pain issue.

Rather than send us around and around, trying to get a diagnosis, she asked lots of questions and narrowed it down, ordered the correct test, and we got the diagnosis of a somewhat rare syndrome that we can mitigate with some dietary changes. What a time and money and stress saver!

She is thorough and caring. We highly recommend!

Dr. McClellan has been very kind and patient with my 88 year old mother. She listens to mom and carefully explains the options and her recommendations. She wants mom to have a say in her medical care and she wants to make sure mom understands. Dr. McClellan is more than competent, she is also compassionate.
