KC is awesome! Best doctor I've ever had. His staff, Wanda, Elizabeth, and the rest, are also amazing. He listens to his patients like no doc I've ever had and takes the time needed rather than rushing you through like an assembly as so many doctors do these day. The negative comments here are mind blowing. He is great.

Extremely difficult to have medication refilled, always have to put 2-4 request in before it actually gets sent over. The front desk people always say they will ask him or send him a request and forget or will lie and say they will call you back and never do.

I have held off on leaving a review for years until now I feel as I should warn others. They do not care about your health, it’s all about writing prescriptions and being hard to refill. As soon as you confront them you’ll get a dismissal. Doc used to be a 5 star guy and cared. Don’t know what happened.

I’ve seen Dr Chaudhari for a few years now and he used to be great. Concerned, flexible with patients, etc. But over the last few years he has become increasingly frustrating, especially with medication. It often takes multiple phone calls to get a medication prescribed/refilled to the point that I have gone days and weeks without medication because of his lack of response. It’s become so frustrating and unproductive to my health that I am forced to look for a new doctor at this point. Only giving two stars because of how good he used to be, but I am beyond tired of the delays and lack of attention and communication he has displayed

Edit: Dr Chaudhari sent a letter to my home that required a signature, dismissing my husband from care completely with no suggestions of who to see! Horribly irresponsible and dangerous.

Extremely inconsistent. My husband has had to beg these people to do their jobs. I can't count the amount of times he would be told he'd get his medication and never be given it, going into withdrawal. There is a serious issue with front desk/doctor communication.

I love Dr Chaudhari and the 2 ladies up front. My only problem is with his nurse. I saw the doctor Monday and he said he would call in my prescription that day. After my calling a couple of times during the week I finally got it called Friday. I was without my meds

I first seen Dr.Chaudhari years ago, he was a good one at that time but I recently become sick and tried to see him over another issue like the first time, they advised me they'd call me back, after two days of waiting I call to be told he wants me to see his NP, I have nodules on my lungs, had blood clots in past in left lung and here I was sick with COVID exposure and needed to see my MD whom is my primary, I wasn't even wanting a visit, I was asking for a different cough syrup than what I had been giving at ER and when I refused appt with np, a hour later I get a call to tell me he was dismissing me, which I'm ok with because I have chronic lung issues and if my primary didn't think that is important enough then it was time I find another primary doctor that does care about his patients health. Now his nurse Elizabeth, she is the best, she's caring, compassionate and I have nothing but great words for her, she's the very best and has always been a great nurse from the first time me and my family met her at Dr.Irelands.im so disappointed in Dr Chaudhari and his lack of concern

Dr Chaudhari has been my PCP for over 8 years, highly skilled, extremely professional, honest/detailed communicator with a firm, but humanistic and empathetic voice. He's caring and responsive. All characteristics you would hope to find in someone that's overseeing your health. I'm a big fan of the doctor!

P.S. I just finished reading all the other reviews and felt compelled to edit and update mine. I was so happy to see the number of positive reviews and was shocked to see ANY negative ones...particularly directed at the doctor. Regarding his staff, I've found them to be pleasant, professional and helpful. So, I will amplify the positive nature of the others, and of my multi-year experience with the Dr Chaudhari, because he deserves it. I'm not normally someone that spends time writing reviews, unless there are significant issues to address or SIGNIFICANT PRAISE TO BE SHARED. IN MY OPINION, DR CHAUDHARI DESERVES THE LATER!!

I love Dr. Chaudhari! But his nurse is non-existant. She has a voicemail, but in the 4 or 5 years I've been going to him, I have never once been able to speak with his nurse. She simply does not answer or return ANY calls. He is going to lose patients if he doesn't find a new nurse.

Edit: Since Dr. Chaudhari left CHI memorial and started his own office with the Galen Group, there has been no problem with any of his staff. My problem was never with him. I love Dr. Chaudhari, and will continue to use him indefinitely. Also, basically my entire family goes to him and love him!
