Elizabeth always greets me with a smile on her face which makes me feel comfortable going into the procedure. Elizabeth always asks if I need anything before she starts the procedure and during the procedure she checks in with me a couple times which is always reassuring. She continuously and carefully does a thorough job each time and I love the results I see from doing micro needling with her! Elizabeth is such a great aesthetician and I highly recommend anyone going to Monarch, to see her!

I had such a great experience at Dr. Kavali’s office!! It was my first time getting fillers and Anna made me feel so comfortable and at ease. We talked about what areas I wanted to focus on and discussed options. I never felt pressured to go outside my budget comfort zone either. Future potential customers, I have no idea what the quality of these surgical procedures are, but make sure you 100% want to use her services before paying the deposit. I was told that the deposit was refundable as long as I canceled before 48 hours of any surgical procedure. My Endocrinologist told me he did not think this surgery was a good idea considering my health condition at the time. I called more than 2 weeks before my consult to let them know and explained that I expected a refund of my deposit, which was part of the deal. And yes, I understand that "deposit" has a certain connotation with it, and I did question that before paying it (otherwise I would have called my doctor first) but I was assured of the refund sham. She may be an excellent plastic surgeon 🤷. But the business practices here are shady. So again, just make sure this is who you want. They will lie to you on the phone.

Dr. Kavali and her staff are amazing! I was instantly greeted upon arrival. I went in for an earlobe repair and the procedure was so fast and painless. She walked me through the whole process and answered any questions that I had. Her staff were all smiles and they even made me aware of an Allē point balance that I had to put towards any qualifying service. Needless to say, I ended up getting my 1st ever Botox injections that were quick and painless as well! And, I left with some skin care samples to try out! I am very pleased with the service here and will be back!!!!!
