After having 3 babies in a short period of time, I thought I was resigned to deal with symptoms and would never regain my active lifestyle that I love. But then I worked with Dr. Megan and she truly has changed my life! Through postpartum and also during pregnancy the tools she gave me I will carry with me forever. Also I feel like I truly better understand how my body works together and have learned better form for future work outs. Megan is compassionate and works with you to find an at home program that works for you!

I rarely leave reviews, but I cannot say enough positive things about the team at KPP! Jenna and Molly at the front desk are so kind and personable. Even when I had to reschedule often, Jenna was happy to help and was very understanding. Dr. Megan Beach-Gomes is one of the best health providers I’ve ever had- she is patient and kind, and she creates a very open and non-judgmental atmosphere. While I was hesitant at first to begin PT, Megan quickly earned my trust with her attentiveness and detailed explanations. Megan helped me understand the anatomy of my concerns and find the root causes of multiple things other providers had overlooked for years. I would trust Megan with any problems I have in the future and highly recommend her as a physical therapist!

Such an incredible practice! I was lucky enough to work with Dr. Megan Beach-Gomes for my postpartum recovery and she was so patient with me throughout my other health issues and demanding travel schedule, encouraging me at every step and providing so many helpful and effective treatments. Jenna always has a kind word to say and has helped me with any scheduling issues quickly, and has such a kind heart. Everyone at this office is beyond empathetic, professional, and ethical. In addition, they are also just fun women to get to know, I want to be friends with all of them! As a healthcare provider myself, I can say their level of care is unmatched and recommend them for your pelvic PT needs.

Dr. Laura Ross is hands-down the most impactful medical professional I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Dr. Ross is not only a wealth of knowledge, but also such a genuinely kind person. Coming to her for a few different issues, I’ve found so much relief in the months I have worked with her. And a great new hope for a better future and relationship with my body. She has worked with me to make plans and changes to my day-to-day that work within my life and limits, and she’s taught me so much about my body. From her amazing listening, to her incredible background, it’s just been a transformative experience. In addition to Dr. Ross being generally amazing, the staff here is incredible too! Jenna and Janice at the front desk are the most delightful people you will ever met. It’s so easy to get ahold of someone in this office be it for a question or to schedule/reschedule a session. I put off seeking out a pelvic floor PT for over a year, but better late than never! I can not emphasize this enough — if you need pelvic floor physical therapy, do it. Do it now. And do it here.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kemper Pelvic Physiotherapy!! I was having some pelvic pain issues that my medical team couldn't quite pinpoint. I was referred to Kemper by one of my physicians and they were able to locate the issues and help me get my pain under control. From my first phone call to make a new patient appointment, I have experienced nothing by top notch professionalism and care beyond anything I have encountered before. Dr. Meghan is absolutely wonderful, HIGHLY recommended her to anyone with pelvic pain! Great group of folks over there, they always went above and beyond! Do yourself a favor and call today if you are experiencing any sort of pelvic abnormalities... they will get you fixed up!

Pelvic PT was not something I knew I needed.
After living with low back and SI discomfort for 25+ years, I had given up on the idea that I could be pain free. It’s not because I had not tried. I experienced some temporary pain relief here and there from movement/exercise, traditional PT, massage, acupuncture, chiropractic (and so, so much more! ). As I hit my mid-40’s and into perimenopause my pain levels started to increase even more. While many of my peers suggested this pain was something I had to live with I decided to keep looking for answers. I had a hard time believing that this was the way our bodies are meant to age. Who knew it would be pelvic PT that was the answer to my chronic back issues?!

I started seeing Bridget a few months back and immediately felt heard, cared for and that I was in great hands. She’s communicative, confident, compassionate, empathetic, wise and knowledgeable as well as very easy to talk to about hard stuff. Not only did I feel supported right away but Bridget also listened when I asked to approach my PT with yoga based exercises, the movement modality that I prefer.

Working with Bridget my pain has significantly decreased on a daily basis and I am able to once more explore the activities that I love (like yoga)! In addition, if I over do it and feel discomfort I no longer get discouraged, instead I feel empowered to decrease my own pain with the tools that she has taught me.

Pelvic PT is for EVERYONE, this was not some I understood (but now I do.). If you are pregnant, or postpartum ( even 25+ years postpartum like me!). If you have pain in your pelvic region, low back, hips, groin, pain with intercourse, incontinence, ongoing constipation, or are nearing perimenopause/menopause, you are a great candidate. Thanks Bridget and the whole team at Kemper, you are WONDERFUL and have helped me feel more empowered and whole. Do yourself a huge favor book your consultation and ask to see Bridget! You will not regret it.

Dr. Laura Ross is an incredible PT and helped me both with immediate concerns and also prehab and rehab work from surgery. I felt so grateful to have someone who was not only a great PT, but also really awesome with trans/non-binary clients. The whole office is so friendly and wonderful - can't recommend them enough!

The staff and the clinic space are so warm and welcoming at Kemper! I worked with Megan and would totally recommend. She was a great listener and explained what she thought was causing my symptoms very well. She always explained what exams she wanted to do, asked if those options were ok, and told me we could stop at any time. Seriously so respectful and willing to meet you where you’re at. She was my biggest supporter through this process and after a few months of coming in/ keeping up with the home workout my symptoms have resolved!
