Dr. Khuong Nguyen literally saved my nose. I had an Asian nasal implant from abroad about 12 months ago by a different facial plastic surgeon in Vietnam. When I returned to the States, i got 2 infections in the first month. I saw an ENT and was given antibiotics for treatment. Forward to about 9 months later, I had another infection, This time the skin on my nasal tip broke off and pus came out. I was in a lot of pain and distress. I had consultation with 3 different facial plastic surgeons in my area and each one gave me a different treatment plan which either would cost me a lot of money or involve a more invasive procedure (taking my cartilage from the ribs). All I wanted was to remove my implant and treated the infection. A relative referred me to Dr. Nguyen. At the initial consultation, he was very upfront and honest with me about his recommendation. I flew to Atlanta the next week and met with him again. During the pre-op and the procedure, Dr. Nguyen took his time to explain to me what to expect every step of the way. He was a very gentle and skillful surgeon. If it wasn't for him to advise me to remove the implant, I would have ended up with a big scar and a big dimple on my nose. I felt so relieved. His assistant, Scarlett, was very professional and knowledgeable. She followed up with clear and precise post care instructions and returned my calls promptly. I stayed 2 extra days for the post-op. It is now 3 months after my surgery, my nose is 90% healed with no sign of infection. The suture site is healing beautifully. You could not even tell that I had a cut there leave alone sutured. I'm very grateful that I made the right decision to go with Dr. Nguyen to remove my nasal implant in a timely manner. The takeaway from this whole experience is you have to find the right surgeon who will do what is right for you.

Called the office to inquire about Botox and the front office could not tell me how much they charge per unit. So I asked could she give me an ball park cost of the area I was asking to get treated. Obviously she doesn’t understand English because she was saying every area except the area I was asking about. Very rude and disrespectful staff. Just from the phone call itself I would highly recommend not going to this office. I’d rather go spend my money somewhere else.

Totally unprofessional! I made an appointment for 3:00 pm today, got there and was told that the doctor was not going to be available till 4:15 pm. They knew but didn't bother to call me to let me know. I drove 40 minutes for this appointment...not going back again!
