Alec and McKenzie have created a most positive, professional, and welcoming environment in which to heal. I was surprised and pleased to have 100% of the attention of a therapist for my entire appointments - very different from all my prior experiences. If you choose Kinetic, you will find yourself in the hands of Healers who sincerely have interest in your overall health. My recovery was complicated by non-related conditions which were researched in their evenings and shared next visit. My shoulder is doing great and I recommend Kinetic wholeheartedly and without reservation.

In scrolling through the reviews since Mackenzie and Alek took over I can’t find anything less than 5 stars, in case that doesn’t speak for itself here’s my personal experience at Kinetic:
Before I saw Mackenzie I had struggled with ankle pain for over three years, I had had a surgery and PRP treatment and PT at college and really wasn’t getting anywhere. I saw Mackenzie once I moved here and she referred me to an orthopedist because we had tried a lot of different things, it turns out I had torn my tendon again. The PTs at Kinetic are ready and willing to look outside themselves for the good of the patient, which is lacking in so many other care providers I have seen.
I ended up getting another surgery in February, and with Mackenzie’s help I’m 4 months out and starting to run again. I am extremely grateful I got so lucky in finding kinetic, I know from experience that I wouldn’t be where I am today without Mackenzie’s unwavering commitment to my care and patience during the entire process.
