I have been seeing Kristin for several months and she does an excellent job of explain what she is doing and why it is helpful in treating your condition. She gives you a feeling of care and concern. She ask you questions to create the best plan of recovery tailored to you. She does not give cookie cutter service. I have referred my friends and family to her also.

Kristin is probably the most knowledgeable, pro-active , polite and empathetic physical therapist in Macon, GA. I was scheduled for post-operative back surgery therapy with her and she has been nothing but outstanding in helping me get my body back to normal. I had no idea back surgery could affect so many different body parts. She has been very familiar with every pain I have described and has offered the therapeutic exercise to address each issue. I wish there were more stars because she certainly deserves them.

There is no doubt that Kristin is the best! She has a wealth of knowledge and is great at explaining what she's doing and why. It's very helpful to understand the "why" of what you're doing as a patient and not just be shown what to do and told "now do three sets of ten." She also has a great sense of humor and I don't think I've ever seen her in a bad mood. Sessions with Kristin are kind of like hanging out and talking with that friend who will always hold you accountable LOL. Listen to her, she knows what she's talking about!

I’ve participated in many different types of PT all around the world. Kristin Reeves is second to none. Her complete knowledge of the entire body and willingness to teach those around her is reassuring. I am most impressed with her ability to use the least amount of force while manipulating muscle and skeletal structures. I’ve had several surgeries on knee, shoulder, upper and lower spine. No matter how many visits she always established a baseline for my treatment…this is key as things change from day to day. As I observe her interaction with other patients it’s easy to see that she truly cares for your wellness physically and emotionally. It’s extraordinary that she can remember personal information with regards to her patients families and is genuine about what is happening in your life. Thank you for the service you provide, and thank you for treating me like a human!

Kristen is the most caring and knowledgeable Physical Therapist, that I have ever encountered. She demonstrates, care, concern for her patients. She does not rush through appointments, she asks questions about your injury as well as answers questions. Even if there are multiple patients in the room, she never neglects the other patients. Thank you Kristen for all you do. To whomever, posted a “1 Star” you are very mistaken. I disagree with all you said.

Best place I have gotten PT from. Been going to Kristin within a year on and off. She is a delight to work with. She gets to know you on a personal level if you see her long enough. I haven't seen her have a bad day or ever treat a person with disrespect. Extremely helpful and caring. You can't go wrong going to Kristin!

I would have rated her with no stars but that wasn't an option. Never before have I experienced such unprofessionalism ! The level of disrespect she showed was reason enough for me to never visit this establishment ever again ! This lady has been rude every single time I've ever been in her presence... Not sure whether she has racial issues or hatred toward people with a disability but the words she chose to say to a patient in need of help, was beyond rude and down right disrespectful !!! How dare you treat an individual that's in need of help like you can just talk to them any kind of way you choose too !!! Then throw up there parental figure and insisted that a scam was being done by them !!! Really who do you even think you are ? Rude voicemail messages left by you as if you just are full of hate. I will make sure to address your supervisor or boss with my concerns and dissatisfaction of your services and poor attitude !!! Definitely won't be back !!!
