This is a scam, I knew immediately when they sent me a bill for $1400. I haven't even been to the emergency room and then he was asking me questions that he should have already known the answer to. so I refuse to answer the questions and told him to call me back once he finds the answer.. This was I BIG RED FLAG IMMEDIATELY.. Don't be fooled.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
I received a bill from Payments MD for services rendered at Wellstar Hospital. Everything was settle the day of service with the Veterans Administration. So either left hand isnt talking to right hand or they are intentionally sending out bills in hopes that people will pay anyway. There is NO reason that authorization on file with one isnt passed along to the other.

I have spoken to so many people over the last few weeks about getting a copy of my bill and nobody seems to know anything! This time they claimed to not see it then after arguing with them for 12 minutes they found it but had to transfer me to somebody else that also was not helpful if you want people to pay their bills be willing to send a copy of the bill

I have actually never even been to this place but I keep getting text messages saying that I owe them a bill and that it's past due even though I live hours away and have never even been to the town much less this doctor's office. whenever I called to try to see what was going on I literally got hung up on.
