Absolutely HORRIFIED by the most recent experience with these less than caring medical professionals. Wednesday I had a video visit with my doctor about an illness I'm struggling with. He prescribed an antibiotic that I've never taken before. After two doses it occurred to me that my violent vomiting and inability to keep even a sip of water down was likely an adverse reaction to the new antibiotic. The next day at 12:15 pm I called and left a message for my doctor about the reaction I am having. I was assured I would receive a call before the end of the day. At 4:59 pm I called back after not receiving a call. Shayla assured me that the Doctor was still in and had received my message and would be in until 6, and I would hear from someone before they left for the day. NO ONE returned my call. I called again this morning only to learn that no one is there. I selected the prompt for the on-call physician after 8 minutes on hold the call was disconnected. I called back and after 14 minutes on hold, I was hung up on by a rude lady. Finally, on my third attempt, I was able to reach a human who would speak to me. She advised that there's nothing they can do, the on-call physician won't prescribe me anything to alleviate my symptoms and I can either wait until the day after tomorrow and go to Urgent Care or go to the Emergency Room! Seriously, this is the high level of patient care for a long-time out-of-town patient. No return calls and no care - NO THANK YOU! I wonder what my health insurance company would think about this?

4/15/2022 We received a bill for $200 for this video visit, but it was billed to my husband who was Not seen on this day. Additionally, I paid the copay at the time of service. ?‍♀️

I just wanted to leave a thankyou to the receptionist and the nurse practioner who helped my fiance. Our primary moved there business, and my fiance needed his asthma medication until we found a new one. Not only did they prescribe him his prescription, but gave great recommendations for other primaries that specialize in that field. Definitely would recommend.

From by my experience, I’ve had apartment roommate with me at the time get our COVID-19 testing done. We’ve called front desk when we should come in for our testing, front desk lady talked on phone entire time, hung up on callers and then went back to her chat. Which gave my review at least three star, not one and half.

I cant say enough about the staff and Dr Bala. We are blessed that they are here in Lakeland

I called ahead to check self-pay pricing and they found me in their system and said $120. I showed up and they found me in their system and said $190”new patient” fee because I’ve never been treated there. Then I agreed to pay for their mistake and asked if they could tell me the price of “unknown add’l services” and she told me “no”
They can’t even tell me HOW my info got in their system. Ridiculous.
THIS, folks, is a fine example of what’s wrong with healthcare in America. When a person walks in with money and can’t get answers about services provided.

We've been here a couple of times. A lot of other walk-in clinics in the area are horrible, thankfully C&D is a real Doctor's office. Great staff with short wait even with a full lobby.

Clean office, friendly staff, minimum wait. Registration was easy. Free coffee and water. Big TV for watching until you are called back. Great experience!!

Anything more than physicals and flu shots and your wasting your time. They want you to go to the er for everything so they don't have to do any real diagnosing. And then the er will just charge the hell out of you and tell you to follow up with these aholes again.
