Be careful of this location they will schedule you an appointment then the day before call and cancel it. It takes over a month to get an appointment with some of the doctors. I had an appointment scheduled for 2 months to get my prescriptions refilled then they call the day before and cancel it. Tell them I need prescription refills and they tell me to go to urgent care to get them. I have blood pressure issues and they say they can to telahealth for my prescriptions. Sounds like they are trying to get people to do this so they can make as much money as they can the fastest way possible.

Staff very unprofessional and nasty. Can’t see primary when needed but they’ll farm you out to others when they don’t want to deal. There are some that should not in that profession especially the medical assistant’s. I’ll be looking for a new place

Have always had speedy service at Lake Miriam and the staff at the front desk are always pleasant. The nurse practitioner or dr that I see are awesome. The team in the back are very kid friendly! Incredible to find a walk in clinic that treats little ones and adults!

Clean facilities. All the staff were kind, helpful, and professional. Brian Win, the PA who saw me was very helpful and I appreciated that he asked me the right questions to assess my physical health and ability to fight infections rather than jumping straight to prescribing medications. He offered very helpful solutions.

I was seen by Samantha Waddell, APRN for postpartum HTN. I told her my concerns regarding my blood pressure which had been trending up for 2 hours prior. On arrival my BP was 160s/90s. My concerns were quickly dismissed and she told me my BPs were fine.I ended up going straight to to the ER where
they diagnosed me with post partum pre-eclampsia. Thank you Samantha for potentially putting me at risk for seizures

Lets start with poor customer service!!
Had an appointment at. Got there on time and was skipped by people who "checked in" on line the day of WITH NO APPOINTMENT! I scheduled my appointment to coincide with my work schedule. I ended up leaving because 4 ppl were moved ahead of me WITH LATER OR NO APPOINTMENTS! Came back in on another day for labs ( with no appointment just like everyone else). Got in there and was asked " do you have an apt"! Say what nie? You mean the non apt I was skipped over in the previous week? No ma'am, I don't, but if it's a problem, I'll leave and come back when i have one"! With an immediate eye roll and aggressive tone, I was " added" to their empty lobby schedule! Do better Lake Miriam staff, you can't be upset with the patient due to your systems dysfunction!

Received excellent care here yesterday! The nurse who took my vitals was professional, polite and super efficient at what she does. Loved the NP Paul, was such a nice guy, thorough and polite and respectful. Best urgent care I've been to so far.

I went to the Lake Miriam location to get a rapid Covid test done. The woman at the front desk helping me was great! She made me feel like I was not carrying the plague, and talked me through what would happen once I was called back. I sat separate from the main waiting room and was called back very quickly after I was done with my paperwork. Once in the back, the nurse that administered the Covid test was nice and talked me through the test. I waited 15 minutes for the results and the nurse came back in to tell me I was not positive. Then the physicians assistant came in to talk to me about my symptoms, gave me a look over, and told me I needed a prescription for a sinus infection. He was a kind man and I have now changed my GP to this nice PA. It’s hard to find a doctor that actually listens and doesn’t rush you out.
