I brought my son to Dr. Ellis for a second opinion. She recommended a treatment that was a fraction of the cost/intensity of the other orthodontist (and actually postponed my son needing braces). Super refreshing to have the integrity to recommend something not in the best financial interest of the ortho but absolutely in the best medical interest of my son!

We were told our daughter needed first phase braces by a local orthodontist but we were concerned about the cost and did not want to use up our lifetime insurance allotment for braces for only one phase. They were persistent in scheduling but we took the time to get an opinion from Dr. Ellis. She was very straightforward and kind and after examining my daughters teeth she told us this first step was not only unnecessary but the risk for poor gum care and brushing with kids at this age with braces was high. I can't tell you how grateful we are for an orthodontist that is honest and cares more about her clients than making money by pushing kids into braces unnecessarily. Thanks so much Dr. Ellis!

I am so happy that I used Dr. Ellis for my orthodontia process. I was worried when my dentist told me I had short roots and would be a higher risk case. I went to several orthodontists to get quotes and Dr. Ellis made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. She took a lot of time to explain the treatment and the best options for me. She even showed me results of other patients with similar cases as mine. & best of all she had my treatment done by my wedding date! Everyone in this office was so lovely to work with. So organized and on top of everything. Highly recommend working with them!

Dr. Ellis and the whole staff have been incredible! The treatment and care has been top notch. We now have one kid completely through the Invisalign treatment and one just started and one more to go. All of our kids will go through Lakewood Orthodontics. We are very happy with their expertise, communication, technology to map their teeth and create and maintain a treatment plan. Dr. Ellis could not be more kind or make our kids feel more comfortable and even excited with their treatment. I highly recommend this Orthodontist.
