July through October 2024: My wife and I both have received treatment from Dr. Lassiter for cleanings, root canals, extractions and implants. He is extremely skilled, professional and focused on his treatments. Additionally, he is very thorough and patient in his explanation of his treatment plans and their execution. His staff follow his lead, and they seem to be some of the most caring and concerned health professionals that my wife and I have ever met. Five stars doesn't begin to describe our satisfaction with the continuing treatment that we are receiving from Dr. Lassiter and his staff members. We love what they have done and are continuing to do for our oral healthcare!

The only reason I gave this one star is because the dental assistants were friendly. I had an appointment today at 7:40 which was made about 2 weeks ago. Mind you I have 3 jobs. One I am a SPED teacher, I'm running around, getting hit, bit, slapped etc. all day long, by the time I leave there I am off to my second job. Then I have my own business. With that being said, I'm not sitting by my phone all day twiddling my thumbs and able to get to my phone to confirm my appointment.

The thing is the appointment was given to me and I DID NOT call and cancel my appointment. I get to the appointment and it has been given away to someone else. Supposedly an interview has to be done before you get approved for your appointment WHICH SHOULD BE DONE BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT IS MADE! Which was very unprofessional. The fact that my appointment was given to someone else and I had taken off work to come to my appointment says a lot about the customer service. Please do not apologize for the inconvenience because clearly Lassiter Dentistry doesn't care, they only pretend to care because I took the time out to write a review about how I was treated.

That's fine as well I will gladly take my business and insurance to another dentistry that appreciates their customers. Thank you for showing your true colors ahead of time before I got too far in.

We have been using Dr Lassiter since we moved to Camden County about 10 years ago. I am the biggest baby when it comes to my teeth. I can honestly say I have never felt pain and I have had procedures done besides the monthly cleaning!!! Highly recommend.

Dr Lassiter and his team are the best dental practice I have used. First, they make you feel at ease and relaxed. Their facilities and equipment are excellent. Dr Lassiter is amazing. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST DENTIST I'VE EVER BEEN TO! DR. Lassiter and his staff put me at ease from the moment I entered the office. And that was good because I've had a morbid fear of dentists from a young age. They took the time to answer all my questions fully, made my treatments as painless as possible, and brought back my smile. From my first deep cleaning, to my much-needed fillings, to the beautiful permanent crown they recently put in, my mouth feels better than it has in decades! I highly recommend Dr. Lassiter and each one of his highly trained and comforting staff.

I really don’t like going to the dentist, but I do love clean teeth and knowing I’m taking care of them. As a mil spouse of 20+ years, we move a lot and I have been to a LOT of dentists. Dr. Lassiter and his staff are the cream of the crop. And they don’t even ask for reviews, but they’re so good, I took the time to come write this anyway.

If you want details, here’s why I love them:

* They answer the phone, and their schedule is decent, especially compared to a lot of local offices. Scheduling was easy.
* They were super up front with the costs, and broke it down into payments for me.
* The office is clean, contemporary, and calm.
* Dr. Lassiter first met me in a regular office space, and went over my paperwork and history with me. In all my new patient appointments in the last 20 years, this is the first time that has ever happened!!!
* He is calm and patient with my anxiety, my questions, my need for more numbing, etc.
* His numbing technique is the best I’ve ever encountered. I struggle to get and stay numb, but he does an excellent job. And he let’s the first shot kick in for a few minutes before doing the rest so you barely feel them - again, I’ve never ever had a dentist do that! Top notch care right there. What a difference.
* His hygienist is so good. She got my teeth cleaner than they’ve been in years. I love that feeling and it’s been a while since someone took that much time and care with my cleaning. She also talked me through some habit changes I can make to better my dental health.

10/10, highly recommend, and that is saying a lot coming from me and my fraught relationship with dental work!
