Horrible experience here. First time here receptionist didnt seem like she wanted to greet me with a hello. i was handed paperwork to fill out. when i returned it they informed me they gave me the wrong paperwork to fill out. it took over 1hr to be seen by the doctor even with me coming 20 mins before my appointment time. Dr. Moosa doesnt seem to want to be helpful nor answer questions. I wouldn't recommend. They also keep this place at 77 degrees inside. that is way to hot. It should be at a nuertral temperature. Again, I wouldn't recommend

After having a scheduled appointment, I waited over 30+ mins in my car because of Covid. Then over another 30mins in the lobby and never was called. I was supposedly next the entire time but many people went in before me. I ended up just leaving. I was in too much pain to sit any longer.

I had the worst experience in this office...the two girls that work the front are either very inept or very racist....my appointment was at 5pm I arrived at 4:40pm I watched them call every latino in that came in after me....when i saked whrn i was going to be called i was told i was next by one of the inept workers...instead of being called next she sent another inept to call another latino and wgen i told her that i had been there befor the patient she had called she gave me some smart answer and hurried and closed the door....i do not reccomend this office to african American because those lil everest college workers are very perdjudice....and he is mire concerned with the people that work behind the. WC desk not you or your pain....so very angry.......

Dr Kohanim is very knowledgable , kind and caring. He took his time listened to my medical concerns and answered me very patiently. The staff is also very kind and pleasant!
