I took my toddler here Thursday night, her nurse was absolutely great but the doctor was a quack! He came in was very rude and then after holding my child down by her chest just said she had a common cold! And now here we are Saturday night back in the ER (much better one) after her tube fell out of her ear today and she has kept a fever over 100.5, she has Strep throat. Maybe if they would have actually done What a hospital is supposed to do we wouldn't be here tonight!!! If you want actual care and you want to actually know what's wrong than do not go here especially in the evening!!!!

Awful receptionist, all my appointments i was told to go wait in room and waited over an hour for each appointment and had to get someone and they said they didn’t know. Very rude as one lady made a smart remark, it’s filthy too.

Never in my 78 years of living have I ever been treated as rudely as I was when checking into your hospital for an X-ray.
Amy at the check in counter is by far the rudest person I’ve ever come in contact with.
She was obviously having a bad day over some situation with work as she kept talking to coworkers as she was checking me in.
Her way of acknowledging me was ..what are we doing? Without even looking up. In fact the only time she looked at me was when she handed my paperwork when finished.
I can’t begin to tell you how offensive this was and I will go elsewhere in the future for any medical treatment I need.

Dr epperson is a joke. He wouldn't even listen to what was wrong with me. I have heart trouble and he just told me I'm running blood test/EKG test and then you will go home can't do much more even though I left being in pain and everything. They need to get rid of Dr epperson

If I could give the Emergency department at this hospital ZERO stars I would!! I took my 21 month old there Sunday because she had a fever and blisters on her mouth. I was immediately told by Dr. Joel Epperson that her being there was NOT an emergency and she had a cold sore! He literally looked at her for less than 30 seconds. Today I took her to her actual pediatrician because she was worse and it turns out she has Hand, foot, and mouth disease. I will never go back to this hospital ever again!

I took my kid in for an ankle problem and they tried to x ray his chest. My friend took her son in for an MRI on his shoulder, waited a week and got results on his bicep! Would not suggest!

Absolutely WORST hospital EVER! I would say in the world but I haven't been to every hospital in the world but I will say in NEA! I would rather die than be treated by any of the jerks here! Dr. Alleman is the absolute WORSTE he has the NASTIEST beside manners EVER! The nurses there aren't much better either they are rude to the patients and sit on their butts and literally yell at the patients. Again I would rather die than ever get help from here again

now I do recommend the specialty clinic. I had a spider bite on my thumb and they saved it and I barely have a scar after 2 months of treatment. Love the doctor there he's got a wonderful bedside manner.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Now the e. R., I wouldn't go there for a paper cut. Need some friendly staff too, not just uptight ones. And the doctor was a jerk. I got caught in my dogs runner and he didn't see I was tangled up and took off running full speed and I flipped 6 ft in the air and landed on concrete. I landed on my arm. I was concerned it was broken by the way it felt. They did an exray after letting me lay there for an hour at least in pain. Didn't give me any meds. No sling to send me he with. They told me take some ibuprofen it will be alright. I have lived here 7 years and been 1 time. I will take the chance to drive to Jonesboro for my emergency room needs no matter if I'm bleeding everywhere.

On a visit my husband was seen they locked us in the last door ? until we explained we couldn't pay the 50$ copay he had at the time. They really locked ? us in there for several minutes. He's a veteran with PTSD and he panicked. He didnt go back after that incident either. We go to Jonesboro now. This hospital ? is out of date any ways. They need to shut it down. I don't recommend it at all.
