My stepdaughter and I were craving banana bread, but I didn’t have the right dish to bake it in—so we went on a mission to La Creuset. Every woman working was so helpful and sweet. I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who spent the most time with us.

My 13-year-old said it was the best shopping experience of her whole life! And they were so welcoming to my chocolate lab too.

One of the women told me to make sure I took a photo of my first banana bread in my new La Crosse dish—so here it is! Thank you all for the amazing customer service and kindness.

Terrible staff. Don’t hire such terrible staff. I came in to buy a pot, since I loved a cast iron I had some years ago. I interacted with a store person briefly and figured out a size I liked. I called my wife by phone who was elsewhere in the mall and told her to come to the store so she could get her approval on the purchase. That’s when things went south. As I was waiting for my wife to come, the store woman kept asking me if I needed help and hovering around me. I had worked in retail before and I started to wonder if this was protocol for theft prevention. I shrugged it off, maybe it was my imagination. Certainly i couldn’t be the only one who ever had to wait for their wife to make a kitchen decision. My wife came about 10-15 minutes later. And we asked a couple of questions about the differences between pots. But as we were looking at the pots. I overhear the hovering store person tell another store person in front of our faces that, I needed to be watched and that I was up to no good. I come over to them and say I really don’t appreciate that. She says sorry in a terrible sarcastic tone. Both my wife and I were bothered enough by the accusation that we will inevitably tie the awful experience with our brand image of Le Creuset.

If you enjoy walking into a store and ask questions that pertain to products to UNknowledgable staff that are snobby and openly bad mouths you to each other right in front of you, this is definitely the place to be. The best part is the two staff are both “management” (apparently one is the store manager). For the best rude experience, look for RYAN (“on management team”) and MARSEILLE (store manager).

I’ve purchased from Le Creuset a couple of times but never at the outlet store. I am aware that they make outlet lines but I prefer to purchase items from the signature line (which they do have in store as well). The first person I had interaction with is Marsielle. I asked her if the item I was interested in was the signature line or outline line. In short, she did not know the answer and spent the majority of the time insisting that the outlet line is the exact same thing with very minor differences. She made sure she spoke loudly so everyone could hear. As a customer, I get to choose which items I want to buy. I don’t need convincing that they are very similar. I just want you to answer a very simple question: Is this item from the outlet line or signature line

My interaction with Ryan was extensive so I am not even going to bother recapping everything. But in short, Ryan was RUDE, CONDESCENDING, and SNOBBY. He doesn’t even answer questions that were asked and speak to customers in a “as a matter of fact” way. I would hope that as a Le Creuset management, he would have higher customer service but clearly Le Creuset is not a high end brand that cares about customer service. If this type of person can make it to management then that says a lot about the company.

Lastly, I thought my product would come in a box but it apparently doesn’t. I was promised that it would be completely wrapped and protected so I had nothing to worry about. At cash, Ryan only wrapped the lid and taped it down to the tray. I asked him to also wrap the tray because putting that straight in a Le Creuset mesh bag is not what I consider “well protected”. He coldly REFUSED and said this is store policy to not wrap any more. I’ve attached photos for you to see for yourself. The lid was wrapped in ONE piece of brown paper. Apparently they only wrap the lid to make sure it doesn’t scratch the tray. How interesting.

I hope Le Creuset head office actually contacts me because I would love to tell them the story. This is terrible customer service from beginning to end and I would think they’d like to maintain their image and not have it tarnished by terrible representation.

Drove up from Seattle for some anniversary shopping. We both love LC and love to cook. The sales reps on the floor were both so sweet and helpful. We picked out a sauce pan, new handles and a spatula. All of this was cheaper in the outlet store than online from any other store. Had a pleasant experience and look forward to coming up again.

Extremely disappointing experience at this store today as I was profiled by the staff. For reference I am a 24-year old POC male and was wearing sweatpants and a skull cap when I came in. Despite making eye contact with multiples associates not one even said hello or welcome much else offer to help. I spent 15 minutes walking around the store until I found what I was looking for. All the while the associates stood at the front of the store chatting with each other and other customers that came in.
