He is a very professional and genuinely compassionate and caring doctor.

I received excellent information from Dr. Smith. The only things I have to complain about is the length of the waiting after I completed the triage area. I was sent back to the outer waiting room. Dr. Smith explained that there were no available rooms. I hope that there are plans to expand the facilities so the drs. will have more exam rooms available. Obviously this is an excellent facility and a very popular and caring group of doctors! Carol Irwin

Dr Leon Smith has been our family physician for 29 years. We have found him to be very knowledgeable, competent, approachable.
and kind. I, myself, have suffered from anxiety issues, and Dr Smith's presence has always been calming and reassuring. I feel like he really listens to me when I am explaining my concerns. Even when his office is extremely busy he stays focused so that you feel confident you have been understood. I also appreciate how he allows me to participate in my wellness; he offers his observations, arranges for appropriate testing (if needed), and helps for a plan of action. I recommend him without reservation.

Dr. Leon Smith is the most kind-hearted , compassionate, loving, patient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable healthcare professionals that I have ever seen. Not only do trust him for all of mine and my husbands primary care needs, but he also takes care of all four of my children (aging in range from 8 to 3 years old). They all adore him and he is so great with children. We Love Dr. Smith, and all of his staff up at Valdosta Family Medicine. I would highly recommend him!
