Dr. Leslie Doctor fixed my eye problem 7 years ago. Recently, I saw Dr Batista for an exam. My eyesight is still 20/20(or better). The office staff is very pleasant, got in on time , couldn't be happier with the experience, and wouldn't go anywhere else.

This office appears to be highly inefficient, likely due to overbooking appointments. I waited 55 minutes before being called, and although the technician completed the tests in about 10-15 minutes, I had to wait another 35 minutes after my eyes were dilated. When I inquired about the doctor, I was told she was with another patient. After an additional 10-minute wait, I had to leave for another appointment without ever seeing Leslie Doctor. I informed Maria at the front desk that a nearly two-hour wait from my scheduled appointment time is unacceptable by any standard. Unfortunately, I received no apology or explanation. It seems this practice is too busy to be concerned with dissatisfied patients.

I feel fortunate to have met Dr. Leslie Doctor. From the first meeting, she was patient, considerate, and thorough, yet providing space for me to make my own decisions for cataract surgeries. However, with many options out there, I was unsure. She guided me with her professional knowledge while considering my financial situation. In the end, the right decision was made and as a 'seasoned' doctor, the surgeries were uneventful and I was seeing 20/20 within 24 hours. The Coordinator Maria, Cory the medical technician, they were all delightful. Dr. Doctor took great care of me.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Leslie Doctor for almost 20 years. This doctor is an amazing physician and extremely talented Eye Surgeon. Her "bedside" manner is so professional, caring and thoughtful. She does Cataract Surgery with Premium Lens implants assisted by the Laser assisted approach. Dr. Leslie also preforms Lasik surgery in her Westport location. She does not rush through her appointments and her attention to detail is just perfection. I recommend Dr. Leslie Doctor for any procedure having to do with the eyes. She is so knowledgeable, caring and professional. Do not hesitate to contact her office for an appointment.

Avoid !! My daughter was in pain after lasik surgery . Her vision was not improved , in fact she has to wear glasses again . My son , husband and self did lasik with other Docs and are satisfied !!! This lady should be sued for mal practice!
