I absolutely love Levie Family Dentistry! From the time you walk in you’re greeted with smiling faces. Brittany does my cleanings and does a fabulous job! I always leave with a fresh mouth and amazingly clean teeth. The doctors are extremely nice and thorough with their exam and explaining things. I drive 45 minutes and it is worth it!

From the time you walk in the door you are made to feel welcome. The team is amazing. I love my hygienist Brittany she is awesome and does a fabulous job. Dr. Tye is awesome. He completed a crown for me and the experience was great!!! I drive 3 hours to come to this hometown, family feeling and welcoming office.

Great atmosphere. Dr. Levie was very thorough and went over my options for the issues I am experiencing. My dental hygienist was kind and did a great job. Robyn at the front desk was so sweet and got me in to be seen within two days. Overall great experience!

Robin is absolutely the rudest person I have ever spoken with on the phone, unbelievable the way she talked to me on the phone for me just trying to ask simple questions. She tried lieing and saying I'm asking her to do illegal things when all I did was tell her she can transfer my dental records from another dentist to this office instead of trying to charge me for X-rays and treatment plans that I have already paid for. The dentist right up the road across from the Lafayette middle school did exactly that. They pulled my records from another dentist saved me the money this place tried to charge me and worked with me in a much friendly and honest manor. It's not illegal to request your own dental or medical records and being them to another facility their your records.

Today was my first appointment with Levie Family Dentistry. I was very impressed with the friendly staff and the efforts spent to make me feel comfortable and to answer every question that I had. The office was beautiful and clean and the service was very timely. I highly recommend Levie Family Dentistry.

I made an appointment to see dentist for a very painful toothache. My husband and I have used this dentist in the past, and was very satisfied. This is the first time in my entire life I have ever had a toothache. I arrived early and the lady at the desk ask me to fill out paperwork as my insurance information had changed. When I completed it, she ask to see my insurance card. When she looked at it, she told me that after the first of the year, my insurance was no longer accepted at the office. She told me to call the number on back of card to find a dental office that does accept it. I did call, and the representative from my insurance company said that Dr Levie’s office does, indeed, accept my insurance. She said that if I would go back inside and let her talk to office manager, she would clear this up. The office manager acted like it made her mad to talk to her and told me she has been doing her job 26 years and knows what she is doing! Mind you, I’m in terrible pain, and not trying to argue with anyone. She then says, well, we do take your insurance, but we do not file it. You have to pay in advance out of pocket, then file it yourself to get reimbursed. Well, I’m in so much pain, don’t you think I would have been glad to do that? Why wasn’t I given this option when I first arrived at office for my appointment? When I asked her, she said they aren’t required to take Any insurance. They do what they want. By now it’s been over an hour , but she says if I wait awhile, they can probably help me today, since I told her I would have gladly (paid out of pocket) for service. Well, no, not now! How rude. I wonder if this has happened to anyone else? And, I wonder if dentists here know how people are treated? Another dentist nearby helped me and was very nice. I don’t know who needs to hear this, but I read your reply to my review. You are the one who is not telling the accurate account of what happened. I just wondered why you didn’t tell me I could pay out of pocket for service and file on my insurance myself from the beginning It’s ok.

Brittany has been a fantastic hygienist to our family for years! She is very efficient and gentle. Our toddler is comfortable with care provided in the office. Highly recommend Brittany and Dr. Levie!

10/10 recommend this practice. I saw Dr. Levie prior to losing insurance and I have severe anxiety with the dentist and they made it a comfortable situation for me. I then was treated by him through Peavine for individuals without insurance. Again outstanding staff and services even outside of their typical office setting.
