I only gave two stars because of how the practice is ran. I love the doctor herself but the office could really use some help. You are never able to get a hold of any one on the phone. They request that you send a message through their portal. Yet no one every responds. I had trouble with an RX this past time. After sending messages via the portal... no one has reach back out to me. The CVS pharmacist even tried to help. They stayed on hold for an hour through the doctor line. Still no response. I'm really disappointed on how this practice is ran. My hope is that these reviews are heard and hopefully changes are made for the better of their patient care.

Scheduling an appointment and receive a great service with the provider is easy. The grief starts with billing! they failed to collect billing information and submitted the claim through insurance. The billing extension doesn’t work, I have tried in several occasions to contact them and resolve the “issue” and after 10 min of waiting for someone to pickup the phone the call gets disconnected. Patient portal doesn’t work either, password not working and reset password still not functioning.

Setting up appointments are a very easy process which is a really big thing for me. If you’ve ever tried to find mental health help, then you know just how long the waiting lists can be and how many offices and drs will not take you seriously. This is definitely not the case with them. They do a great job at explaining the process and quickly find you a doctor closest to you. They do not rush you and are very kind. Dr highland is amazing at listening. I’ve really enjoyed talking every other week with him. It’s helped me more than I even knew it would. I can see myself being a patient for a long time. It is important to add that I do not go to the actual office. I do virtual meetings on my phone with dr highland out of peach tree city. I was skeptical about doing meeting on the computer/phone Just because I’ve always felt better about in person appointments But it’s really turned out to be convenient and beneficial. I definitely recommend it. Thanks!

Our couples therapist Joseph is incredible! But lifestance itself is incredibly clunky and difficult to navigate. Also, I had another therapist repeatedly not show up to our appointments, and he marked me absent charging me $100 cancellation fee. Lifestance was unable to refund me as they have to “get approval from the therapist.” Listen, everyone hates their clunky website. The people who work there, the people they serve, even the therapists. BUT we love our therapist!!!

As soon as I walk in, the front office staff were AMAZING!

Super sweet and informative.

When I had a concern, they immediately explained the situation and they obviously have a great management system going on because the entire process was seamless.

They went out of their way to ensure my insurance company wouldn’t have an issue with anything and everything was done in a timely manner.

I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is in need of their services.

I went in with a negative opinion of the company and almost stopped going to LifeStance until I met with Ms. Beth at the front office.

She is the SOLE reason I left with another appointment and I left leaving better than ever.

As always and anywhere you go, make sure you’re clear about what you want and make sure you give them all the information they need or else you’ll be setting yourself up.

They don’t answer the phone or return calls. Even using messaging in the patient portal, they have the slowest response time I’ve experienced at any healthcare facility. I think this is exceptionally concerning for a mental healthcare facility.

I’m very dissatisfied with the customer service at Lifestance and have since changed providers.

My NP is great, but that's as far as it goes. DO NOT put a credit card on file. I denied that option and am glad I did. All of last year (4 visits and 1 for this year) they bill my insurance incorrectly. They are charging me over $500. I've called 4 different numbers, and nobody answers. They just keep you on hold. I've have spent over 6 months trying to get this corrected. I did reach someone on live chat, but I doubt it will do any good. Coding & billing departments need to be fired and replaced with people who will answer phones and send correct codes. I'll leaving and seek another office who will answer phones and cares about their patients. If I had that credit card on file, they would be charging me for everything. I'll give 0 stars if available. I've been having trouble since day one, 3 years' worth is my breaking point.
