My experience with LS has always been good. What is totally unfair to the patient is their ridiculous cancellation policy…”within 72 hours?” or pay a ridiculous fee!! ONE STAR!! My provider cancelled our appointment the same day!! Who is going to pay me a ridiculous cancellation fee ? Let’s say fall ill the day of my appointment and need to cancel!! Oops, cancellation fee?!

Great therapists at here, but the clinic was purchased by LifeStance. It is pretty obvious that they are squeezing the organization for cash. I used to be able to do appointments every 4 months and now they require I go every 3 months. I hope they are treating the therapists fairly.

Dr. Josefa Licas is a wonderful psychiatrist. She is a warm and caring doctor who has your best interests at heart. I remember my very first appointment with her. I was going through some really rough times, and her openness and understanding helped me through that first appointment. Before I left, she looked pointedly at me and said, "If you need me, call me. You don't have to be in desperate distress to call me. Know that I'm here for you. " I never heard that from any doctor. It was truly what I needed to hear. I know that Dr. Licas has my back. I trust her with my life.

I have been having sessions with Lubna for about a year now, and have nothing but amazing things to say. She does a great job at making you feel comfortable and understood, while being very easy to talk to. Not once have I ever felt any judgement, which is something I greatly value. She is very knowledgeable and I continue to learn new things about myself every time we meet.

Amazing! Finally found a MH office that is organized, patient portal actually works and has the staff that are dedicated to helping. The care and concern I experienced is the best I have ever encountered. The patient portal: my doctor has sent a prescription into the pharmacy and when I went to pick up my prescription the pharmacy said that they had sent my doctor a message that he needed to respond to, I sent a message to him via patient portal and he responded with in 15 mins and to the pharmacy. This was 20 minutes before the office was closed. I was truly amazed and grateful.

I have been putting of therapy as long as I could remember. I finally asked my hospital for help and eventually I got directed to LifeStance. I put in my filters for what I generally wanted to talk about and found my current therapist. I am 3 sessions in and honestly I’m grateful he was my initial pick. It’s only been 3 sessions but we have already been able to identify and work on things I’ve been struggling with since my childhood. I hope to be able to get to a consistent weekly session but right now it’s twice a month. I do want to say I did struggle a bit when booking ta follow up session on the website. Just needs a little polish but other than that I would 100 percent recommend lifestance to anyone

I dont usually write reviews, but LUBNA WARAICH has changed my life in such a short amount of time. I've had other therapists in the past, but she makes me feel validated and has helped me so much. I'm so great full for her! She's amazing!

We have couples therapy with Lubna. She's the best. I was hesitant to do therapy but she has been such a solid cornerstone in our relationship that we appreciate the great advice she offers.
