I love my Dr. When I can get an appointment with him. Then most times the virtual zoom type system they use has connection issues and takes forever to load or only loads on my end or theirs every few visits it actually loads on both ends. Today I waited 40 minutes for the Dr to join and finally as I was calling the office on another phone was sent a message by the office staff that the Dr. Was having connection errors once again. I didn't need to sit and wait 40 minutes for them to figure this out and cancel the appointment. It should have been done well before that point. I then tried to call the office to reschedule like instructed and was on hold for 15 minutes before I gave up and plan to call later. This makes arranging my appointments around work very difficult.

Despite being a larger organization, and having multiple locations, contact is easy, seamless, and very human. They have a great automatic reminder system, communication through email and can be reached by phone providers at this agency are thorough, have a great sense of meeting clients where they are and listening to the client express what it is they are coming in for. Practices are ethical, up-to-date and compassionate. Communication about insurance and cost is upfront, direct, and Straightforward.
I can’t recommend this agency enough!

Don’t use this place. When I called to talk to my nurse I was told I have a new one and will have to call back. Last thing I want to to do is talk to someone else about issues or complications with medication(which I was having). Made an appointment and the lady asked me if I wanted in person or virtual. I said in person would be great. Warner Robins was the closest one to where I live and work and yet it’s still an hour and a half drive for me. Leave work early the day of the appointment, drive down to Warner Robins just for the receptionist to tell me they had canceled all in person appointments. Of course I got the excuse that we emailed everyone of the change yet I never received anything from them except for verifying my appointment the day before. Just the changes they made for me was not in my best interest. The nurse I had originally had would listen but didn’t seem to care. Everyone I’ve talked to about this place have all had bad/horrible experiences. So I made the choice to leave and find someone better to help me through it all. I do not, nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone. There are dozens of primary care doctors around you like are more than capable of helping you.

This is the absolute worst mental health care provider. I ran out of my anti depressant medication and called to get a refill 3 times. I was hung up on twice and finally got a text about the medication I needed, but what it was for I have no idea. Refill was never sent in. I was in bad shape and being as understanding as I could. Wondering why no one And I mean no one cared at all about what I was going through. They were rude and acted like they could care less whether I was having a hard time without it! DO NOT TRUST YOUR MENTAL HEALTH TO THESE QUACKS! This is such unacceptable behavior l!! I have now been without my medication for over five days and have requested a refill on three different occasions and have been completely ignored every time.
It is now Saturday, I have called to see if I could get any help since I have heard from no one. I was told that these doctors do not care about refill prescription refills on the weekends!!! So take your chances

Dr Diez is absolutely AMAZING! It was very hard to admit I needed help but from my very first appointment with Dr Diez, he made it so easy. I definitely didn’t feel like just a number to him as he scheduled appointments with me on days he typically doesn’t see patients. I have never felt more heard by a doctor before and he has helped me gain my quality of life back. The office staff is alright. I’ve only ever had one girl that was rude to me both times I talked to her but she wasn’t the one helping me gain my life back so I wouldn’t ever let that deter me from continuing care. I wish so badly that I still had health insurance so I could continue my care with this doctor. I would recommend him to anybody.

The staff at the front desk were very welcoming, and the therapist is great. She listened to me and explained the diagnosis to me. She made sure I understood how my brain works, how to work with it instead of against it, and how medications work.
