I am so grateful that I took the time to do my research before deciding where to establish dental care. Every single person I encountered was incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. I had a full exam and cleaning, followed by a consultation with Dr. Aldridge to discuss my care and treatment plan. She is so kind, personable, and thorough. I really appreciated how she took her time to explain everything clearly and didn’t recommend anything unnecessary. This made me feel completely safe and secure.

As someone who is usually very anxious about dental visits, I was pleasantly surprised at how calm I felt throughout the entire experience. The clinic has limited business hours, which are not flexible, making it inconvenient for those with busy schedules. Additionally, the consultation is not free, which can be discouraging for new patients looking to explore their options. Overall, while the clinic might offer good services, the rigid hours and consultation fee are significant drawbacks.

Dr. Nichols and her staff are very professional, and the office was clean. However, I’m not a fan of paying for the service to hopefully be reimbursed by my insurance. It was okay for the initial service, but it's not cool for every service, including cleaning.

As a new client, I came in with high expectations, and I must say, every aspect exceeded them. From the location and the beautiful office space to the soothing music and massage chair, everything was truly wonderful. The front desk team was so personable, my hygienist Ms. Angie was amazing, and our dentist Dr. Nichols was exceptional, promptly addressing all my inquiries in a way that I could easily understand. The atmosphere of this office is contagious. It begins with the jovial personality of the receptionist. I am not a fan of dental x-rays, but everything was done with ease. My cleaning was awesome! I was completely satisfied with the process. Dr. Nickols is very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Lifestyle Denistry to everyone.
