I cannot say enough wonderful things about Veronica Hall, PA. She is kind, compassionate, empathetic, and truly listens with care and understanding. Her knowledge and dedication to her patients are unmatched—I drive 1.5 hours to see her, and she is worth every minute of that drive. She consistently goes above and beyond, ensuring that I feel heard, valued, and well taken care of. It’s rare to find a provider who is not only incredibly skilled but also genuinely invested in their patients’ well-being. I am beyond grateful for the work she does and highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional care!

Veronica Hall and her incredible Nurse Amy are the epitome of exceptional healthcare providers. They consistently go above and beyond, demonstrating genuine care and dedication to keeping their patients healthy. Their compassion shines through in every interaction, making you feel truly valued and supported. On top of that, they’re remarkably accessible—whether it’s getting in touch, securing refills, or addressing concerns, everything is seamless and stress-free. I couldn’t ask for a better team to trust with my well-being!

FNP Veronica Hall, Nurse Amy and the team are great. They take their time and are very thorough with the patients. That’s so hard to find nowadays, especially after the pandemic. It was so refreshing to see how much they care and make sure patients’ questions/ concerns are answered and understood. A huge whole-hearted THANK YOU, to all, from the reception front desk staff, nurses, to FNP Hall.

Was trying to get ahold of the office manager a couple weeks ago to discuss my billing issues (I showed up in-office) she never even came out to talk to me, I know they supposedly hired a new office manager so like what? Am I to be ignored? Is she sooo important and sooo good at her job that I’m just a digit for them to pocket for their paychecks? Every time the front desk supervisor kept coming back I realized that this sounds like a management problem and I don’t blame her for just trying to do her best because sounds like she has to deal with hell daily and funny enough, I simply wanted to discuss my issues with my bill with the office manager because not even billing department would come down and talk to me so I’m going to take my business elsewhere because this is an embarrassment that I couldn’t talk to anyone in this establishment (I give an A+ to the front desk supervisor for attempting to help me out, even when it wasn’t her job to do so)

My husband and I have been going to this practice since 2011 and started bringing
our child in 2016. We are always very pleased with the physicians and nurses. My children see Marc Mehac, he is so thorough and great with kids!!

I live far from here but I love this practice so much I keep coming back. I get great care here from everyone. I am so thankful for a great medical practice that helps. I was told I needed to see a cardiologist. I couldn’t get in for months and months until my doc here made a call and I got seen the same day. Amazing!!! Way more than five star service here.

I have not seen a worse office staff, whenever you call, 9 out of 10 times it goes to voicemail and they take their sweet time calling back. When someone finally calls back, they never give out their names.
They have invented their own HIPPA requirements, they won't fax the requested documents.
I needed urgent referral to an orthopedic surgeon and they referred me to a PA, Fatima is already a PA, why would she refer to another PA? And to top it all, she disappeared after that referral, not to be found. No matter what messages you leave on the Previa portal, they never get back.
They hounded me to visit the office instead of doing a virtual visit. I am definitely leaving them.
Previa sucks, their technology sucks, nothing works right.

I received a letter from LTFM giving me a month to find another provider due to. . .”Conflict of Interest”, and “Safety to Staff”. I’m so confused. And after sending Veronica and Dr. Hoang an email, no response.
I saw PA, Jihad Alwarith for what I thought was a finger infection, Dec. 11, 2024. She introduced herself when she came in the exam room and went straight to the counter, back to me, keying into her tablet and asked what’s going on. I explained I cut my finger on glass back in June and now there is a bump that I have to keep draining with a sewing needle. PA sat down on the stool, finally making eye contact, and said, “so, you cut your finger on a sewing needle.” I explained again what happened. She ordered an X-ray looking for glass, and said they would tell her what to do, tetanus shot, and an antibiotic. She never even looked at my finger and misdiagnosed it as a nail bed infection. The nurse gave me the tetanus shot and X-ray order, which I told her to void, I didn’t feel a X-ray was necessary.
On my way home I grew more frustrated at the fact that the PA did not listen or even look, as the problem was at my knuckle and not the fingernail. I called the office and asked to speak to whoever handles complaints. I left a voicemail for Kay. Kay returned my call, we talked, I apologized several times for being huffy, but this is not the care I have been provided with in the past, and she said Veronica would get back with me. I asked that it be noted in my chart that I do not want appointments with the PA, Jihad Alwarith.
I followed up a few weeks later with Dr. Hoang. I met MS4, Michael, and he listened and looked. Dr. Hoang diagnosed it a mucus cyst, requiring surgery.
That brings us to the pre-op appt with Dr. Hoang. He was going to bring a PA in the exam room and I overheard someone shout. . .”SHE DOESN’T SEE PA’s!” Not true. I’ve seen TA’s, PA’s, and med student’s.
The end of February I received a letter to find another doctor.
And the kicker. . .Jihad’s nurse called me March 3, because they didn’t have X-ray results!! I had already had surgery in January.
There’s definitely something wrong going on at LTFM. I never had an issue with care. Veronica and Amy are the best. The fact that I had three appointments after the PA visit and no one said anything about a problem. I even got a text and phone call saying I needed to follow up with Veronica for my bp.
The safety of their staff is irrelevant to the HIPPA violation of their patients. Call and ask Megan Heller about the object in the orifice of one poor dude. I'm not supposed to say anything to Veronica and they wonder why my bp was always high!

I made a sick appointment with dr. Wong! I was in desperate pain and due to which I was 12 minutes late to the appointment! Dr. Wong refused to take me and I had to come back home without seeing a doctor! Doctor can have us wait for 30-40 minutes but we can’t be late to the appointment for 12 minutes? And the late was due to my health condition! I would recommend to go with Dr. Mark at this location and not with Dr, Wong! He’s no human!

This was my first time coming here as a new patient and I really appreciated how Nicole and her Nurse Kaitlyn treated me. Getting blood work done was also easy and quick and the phlebotomist was very kind as well. I felt heard by Nicole and had a great experience.
