Great doctor but every time I show up I'm waiting in the waiting room for at least and hour no matter what time I get there or what I'm there for and then I get to sit in the room too. Every time I leave I am in severe pain in my hips and back because I cannot sit on that uncomfortable furniture. It seems ridiculous to be there for hours to not even speak to the doctor 30 minutes. This morning I get here at 8 and it's almost 9 and I'm still sitting here just to get a lab done.

Today was my first time there! The staff actually seemed to care for their patients! Even though they are serious about patients health. I was actually able to get them to laugh. They are very professional,concerning, and made me feel comfortable while I was there!

Dr Harper has been my physician for the last 2 years. She's great as well as her staff. Hannah, crystal, Jennifer, and the rest of them have always treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. I remember I could not find a doctor that would take my insurance. I called their office and left a message because I really needed an appointment. They called me back and left me a message on my voicemail. When I received the voicemail I called them back and they let me know that they would gladly take my insurance and me as a patient. I have not seen another doctor since then. She's my primary physician, and she knows all about me. That's the type of doctor that I've always dreamed of having, a doctor that would be very thorough and let me know the right choices to make and the harmful choices that I must stay away from. She keeps me in tip top shape, I'm 42 years old with a 17-month-old baby girl. Everyday I feel just a little younger. Thank you Dr Harper and staff, Adrienne loves you gals.

She is very personal, and listens and really hears what you are going through, then takes this information and really work with trying to help ease or find relief whatever your problem is. When you leave her office you feel better about yourself. she makes it a point to visit her patients that are in the hospital, your wait time maybe a little longer but it is because of the personal one on one time she gives to her patients, her staff is friendly they will direct their attention to you when you sign in. Great job Dr Harper and staff! keep up the good work

Very unprofessional. Gave me my diagnosis with the door wide open and several people overheard. Kept insisting something after I repeatably denied what she was insinuating. I even asked her (the NP) to stop since I gave her my full history. Then she had the nerve to tell me my lifestyle was wrong.

I chose this place based on reviews, so I'm leaving this review to help get the word out that this establishment does not live up to said reviews. Our first appointment they said we would be able to get the flu shot but then said our insurance would only cover a different shipment of flu shots that hadn't arrived yet. I let it go, but a couple months down the road we now need shot records. We came from TN and had our records sent to lina Harper's office. When I called to make sure he had all his shots for kindergarten they didn't know and asked me to call the school, the school told me to call them back. Rachel yelled at me and said it would cost to get records. I had my previous pediatrician send me the records through the mail at no cost, then took them up to the office to have them converted. After Rachel assuring me she could do it in the time allotted I get up there and Theresa the front desk girl keeps telling me to sit down. I said I didn't mind standing there waiting. She then sent Ellen out and she told me it would be awhile to leave and come back. Theresa then slams the window on me like "good riddance." I will drive to blackshear before I go back here. Everytime I come here the experience is terrible.
