I love Drew the hygienist. She really cares about making her patients feel comfortable when we get old, gums are receding and sensitive and she chooses to take the softer approach to bring the stress level to a minimum. I missed seeing Sam and was able to connect more with Melissa and a new staff member Shana. They make you feel like you are family! Oh and Dr Kim is amazing and so knowledgeable regarding dentistry!

I just went there for a second opinion and the person at the front desk is very rude and cero ethical talking very loud about my treatment in front of other patients and telling me that she doesn't want me to waste her time. I think she shouldn't be working with people or I don't know this is an issue with me because I am Spanish. I did not have the pleasure to meet the professional because this employee made me feel so unwelcome and discriminate.

I had my four wisdom teeth removed in the middle of November and had a wonderful experience start to finish. Dr Shin and Jill took great care of me, and gave me clear post operation instructions. I was ready to go by Thanksgiving. Will be encouraging others to come here

I have been dealing with this dentist office since the 24 of October it is now November 14th. They are having a lot of new staff that is clearly not trained so it’s a lot of back and forth. Seems like there is no sense of urgency to fix the issues they created. 100% not pleased with the office staff.

Just received an email that they are refusing services because they did not agree with the review say a lot about them! So the call the office we will like to talk is just a huge front to save face on review. They didn’t care to fix the issue! Melissa Lambert the “office manger” definitely needs retraining or another job if she doesn’t like to deal with people.

Attend here at your own risk. 100% do not recommend. Look at other reviews they speak for themselves.

This place is HORRIBLE. I went in there and the dental assistants didn’t know what they were doing when they were taking x-rays and were looking at me like I had 4 heads while talking Spanish about me in front of me, all bc my mouth was small and they couldn’t get the mouth piece in my mouth right….(I felt like I was at the nail salon and had gross feet or something). Then I went into the dental room and they told me I had SEVEN cavities and that she recommends I get them filed today. They also told me that I had gingivitis and that I would need to get a special cleaning and the insurance wouldn’t cover it. Then the front lady came in to go over the price and I said i didn’t want to get them filled today and she said “oh we are not doing anything today” I was very confused at this point because I was there to get my teeth cleaned and x-rays. when I asked about the cleaning they said “we don’t have water”. Very Very poor experience. I got a second opinion and only had ONE cavity. and I didn’t have gingivitis and was able to get a regular cleaning. This shows that this dentistry is only in business to make money and will drill random hole in your teeth for NO REASON. DO NOT GO HERE.

I went in for my first appointment with this office. The hygienist who saw me, Drew, was very personable and took the time to fully explain every step of her process with me while she was doing it. She did a great job and worked with me on scheduling a good day for a follow up exam.

An amazing dentist office that provides exceptional service. I have been to other dentist offices multiple times, but this is the first time that a dentist and hygienist actually provided an in depth explanation about the condition of my dental health. I really appreciate them for doing that. I would highly recommend their services!
