Everyone at LOFIS is very friendly. The doctor explained the procedure thoroughly including any unlikely complications and answered all my questions. The office verified what my insurance agreed to cover and gave me a detailed quote. The procedure went well. Cannot think of how they could improve their services.

Everything from the treatment plan for wisdom tooth removal to billing to after care instruction was explained well so that my daughter knew what to expect and we knew how to care for her. The office called later in the day to see how she was doing. Great experience overall!

I felt no pain with a cyst removal. Even the day after, I have only had to take AdviI. I was handled with care before, during and after the procedure. The therapy dog to greet me after I awoke was a special touch I wasn't expecting but so glad it was there for me to pet. I had little or no anxiety going in because I had been to Dr. Andrus before for an implant and completely trusted him and his staff. I knew I didn't hsve anything to worry about.

Never fun to have to deal with major tooth issues…thankfully the staff in Dr. Andrus’ office go above and beyond to make each visit as palatable as possible. (Pun intended…haha) If you have a need for oral surgery I highly recommend this team of surgeons, assistants and front office staff.

Getting four of your wisdom teeth out in your 50s is not something anyone looks forward to but this team was first class all the way. Using technology for collecting patient information in advance meant very little wait time in the office. They also set reminders about each appointment And went out of their way to help work around our busy schedules. The doctor, medical attendance, and overall team made a difficult and dreaded situation as easy and comfortable as possible. I highly recommend their services.
