Dr Bartole is a caring person. Her staff is great . Billing person is sweet and helpful explaining insurance coverages etc. I'd highly recommend her to handle your foot issues. Ready to see her for my neuropathy and some relief .
Problem is office does not call for appointment reminders . She needs an automated texting or message system.

Dr. Bartole was very friendly and very helpful. However, that cannot be said for the office staff. I had some questions in regards to my bill and how it was processed to my insurance .... so that I would be better prepared for when I talked to the insurance company. I spoke with a lady who claimed to be the billing manager who proceeded to accuse me of refusing to pay my bill, became very aggitated and verbally aggressive claiming that I'm accusing them of insurance fraud, constantly cutting me off, and spoke to me as if I was an ignorant child. On more than one occasion I tried to reassure her that I was just trying to better understand the process and there was no need to get so hostile. After about 10 minutes of this I finally asked to speak to a manager or anyone else since I was obviously making her very upset. Several times she refuses to let me speak to anyone else nor would leave a message for another person to call me. Finally after arguing for 5 minutes that I need to speak to another person, she finally agreed to leave a message for the Dr to call me, but wanted to specifically point out that she will be notating n my chart of my refusal to pay and bad attitude.
We will see if this that note will ever make it to the Dr or if I'll ever get a call back, but I can say that at this time I will not be coming back or using these services again as there are way better offices with more friendly staff. Customer service is important to me as my career and degree is in Business and Hospitality. This is no way one should allow their office to be ran this way and I'm sadly disappointed.

I am posting this review on behalf of my elderly Aunt. She had an appointment for an ingrown toenail and to have her other nails checked. This was a very painful experience for her. Nothing used to deaden the toe, just cut and pull and a sponge bandage applied. Since I can't give this a 0 rating, in order to leave comments, I rated the one star.

I've dealt with severe foot pain since my mid 20s went to Dr Bartole lady week and I can't wait for my foot to fully heal so I can resume a normal life
