Me acaban de dar de alta el viernes pasado y tuve una experiencia maravillosa el personal muy amable todos se portaron de lo mejor muchas bendiciones para todos ellos gracias a Dios estoy en casa y gracias a los terapistas que hicieron exelente trabajo😀

No recomiendo este lugar para una recuperación, ese lugar es la misma muerte, tengo un señor que cuido que por una caída se encuentra peor que como estaba, le ponen la comida detrás de la cortina y ni se preocupan en darles comida, si come bien sino también y la mente de ese señor a recaído tanto y al no comer no puede levantarse de la cama pero hablé con la trabajadora social Andrea que por favor si le cambiaba la aseguranza porque el 31 de octubre lo iban a sacar de ahí porque la aseguranza no le cubría más, pues hice los cambios para que lo trasladaran cerca de donde él vive para que pueda dedicarme a él y no hacen el cambio ni mucho menos me llama la trabajadora social y le dejo recado y no devuelve la llamada y llevo dos días esperando por ella, el señor no come y se está muriendo y ni un suero le ponen y no me dan respuesta de NADA porque no soy familiar pero cuando necesitaban de mí me llamaban 3 veces al día y yo siempre les contestaba, ahora que tienen medical medicare libre pues no quieren trasladarlo, y cada día está muriendo, ayer llegué a la hora de la comida y no vi comida alrededor y cuando llamo hoy me dicen q anoche comió un 65% y es mentira porque un enfermero dijo lo contrario, ya él señor se echó a morir no podía ni hablar conmigo ayer.
El que esté leyendo este sms que esté trabajando en ese lugar espero que no tengan nunca que vivir lo que estoy viviendo y que Dios todo lo ve, y no me voy a quedar con los brazos cruzados, mientras él tenga vida voy a estar ahí luchando por el.

My mother was admitted to Country Villa Los Feliz after being discharged from Good Samaritan Hospital with a walker and wheelchair as needed. This place was ok in the beginning. One good dependable caregiver, Karina out of many, however a nurse came to work COVID positive. My mother and other affected residents were tested, but my mother was never re tested. She showed signs of a deep whopping cough, I addressed this with he nurse on staff they kept giving her cough syrup for days and we went into a weekend where the physician on staff was not reachable (Michael Sisilo)
That Monday, my mom' oxygen dropped below normal and she was rushed to the hospital having breathing complications and tested Covid Positive right away. She was hospitalized for 10 days and she exited the hospital in a wheelchair due to rapidly declining from covid and lost ALL of her walking.
I moved her quickly to an assisted living.
This facility is terrible especially the head nurse and the director. They initially will try to be helpful then quickly take a turn . They covered up mistakes and all of this could have been avoided with a physician visit and re testing her for covid. I did not have the time to pursue the facility, but strongly recommend not to send anyone here unless you would like to see them decline.
After 2 years of out patient rehab and home health my mother has regained her walking with walker only. I would never use this facility again. Shameful conditions/communication, slow responses from social services/ shady nurses esp the nursing director, Carol who doesnt respond and created more issues. Luckily, I lived less than 2 miles away and was here daily. This review was long overdue and we had many more issues/errors I haven't discussed in detail if needed.

I live next door and they constantly have trucks coming at anywhere from 5-7 am. It’s HORRENDOUS. Can only imagine what it’s like living inside that dump.

I****TheCNAs are disappearing for hours on end with no explanation as to where they've been leaving the crew, extremely understaffed and unable to get assistance for hours leaving is to wonder. I had diarrhea but I had to clean up after myself because I couldn't get anyone and it left a big mess when they do finally appear sometimes they haattitude remomoood swings . overall, the service has been very poor and I'm super disappointed. I have already contacted my insurance to cancel service for the dates that were provided. updated June 29 one week after my stay starting June 21****

Will not recommend for any family my dad went there last night for rehab after having stroke they refused to help him get around when he asked for a walker they stated we don’t offer that here knowing he could not move leg he had to hold on to walls just to use restroom… they have roaches and staff very unprofessional I will definitely be calling state licensing and health department Monday! We picked up right away don’t let your family go there! (He was only there a couple hours if that before calling asking us to go get him)
