I had a positive experience at my recent dental appointment. The woman who took my X-rays made a real effort to get to know me and made sure I felt comfortable, which meant a lot. The dentist was incredibly understanding and took the time to really listen to my concerns. She clearly explained what was going on with my teeth and even asked what I was looking for in a dentist, something I truly appreciated, especially since I haven’t had the best dental experiences in the past. It felt like I was genuinely being cared for, not just treated. Highly recommend!

A friend referred me to Lowery Smiles Denistry. Trying a NEW dentist in 30+ years is a bit challenging! With no hesitation, Dr. Lowery and her staff made me feel very comfortable and she explained everything I needed to know in great detail! I had a wonderful experience at my first visit. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Lowery was very nice and she wanted to know what I would like to accomplish. So far I am very pleased with each of her staff members that I encountered.

I have some periodontal issues and she didn’t make me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable discussing it. She’s very professional and I can tell from this first visit, that I have made the right choice.

I had one of the worst experiences at the Lowery practice. There was a significant miscommunication regarding my dental coverage. I was under the impression that the Lowery practice was in-network, but it turned out to be out-of-network. As a result, I ended up paying a $1,000 difference from the estimate I received for the services.

The office manager, Lantana, did not seem concerned about informing me of this price increase that I, as the customer, had to cover. Additionally, I had to make multiple visits: two trips to properly place a temporary crown, and after receiving the actual crown, it had to be adjusted twice due to unbearable pain.

I will never return for any additional services, and it’s unfortunate that this practice conducts business in this manner. I strongly believe in doing good, honest work, as that leads to repeat business, rather than being untrustworthy and taking advantage of customers' trust in one fell swoop.

The service at Dr Lowery was Impeccable. Tonya, who took my x-rays, made the visit very comfortable reassuring and at ease, considering I hate going to the dentist. She explained step-by-step exactly what she was doing and what would need to be done by the provider. Dr.Lowery took the time out to explain as she was working in my mouth. What would need to be done on next visit.Theentire staff was very welcoming and friendly.
