This medical practice consists of a group of amazing, caring, professional people who truly care about their patients. During my first visit to the office I realized I had won the medical office lottery. My caregivers immediately took the time to find out what I needed and what my health concerns were. Everyone I encountered with regard to my health concerns, worked very hard to take care of me. Now that I have found this great Doctor and the professionals who work there, I am very happy.

I have never had to wait to see someone for more than 15 minutes. The entire staff is so nice, from the front office to the examination rooms. Followup phone calls are not unusual. And phone calls to the office are answered quickly. It is rare to be put on hold and if you are, my experience has been that it is never more than 30 seconds. This is the best practice I have ever been associated with as a patient.

I am extremely happy with My Care Medical. The new Doctor is really knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone is sincerely nice and caring. Felicia is a really good Doctor. She listens and has come up with good solutions for me. Everyone is so nice and attentive, Serenity, is very organized and is always caring. My health may not be great, but I Ieave the office happy and content with a good medical plan for treatment.

Office is very well run. Everyone who works there is very caring and does their job extremely well. Dr King, Nurse Practitioner Felicia, and the wonderful nurses and medical techs and front office staff all do an exceptional job of taking care of you. We're very happy with MyCare and we have never had any issues, problems or complaints in our time with MyCare.

It should be noted that if we did have any issues, problems or complaints MyCare actually has a manager on staff who gave us a personal cell number and told us to call anytime and it would get resolved immediately. That's commitment to quality service!

Whenever we go for an appointment, they know who we are, have studied our medical history and understand our medical issues. Simply the best!

I waited 2 hours for my appointment. Absolutely no communication. When I arrived, I was the only patient and was 5 minutes early. No concern for patients. minutes earlier for my appointment to begin with. Apparently they had booked several patients at the same time and zero communication. I was about to walk out. Worst ever.
