I never like to leave reviews and especially bad reviews but I have to this time. Dr. Clement was so incredibly nice the entire process, but unfortunately the woman at the front desk is the reason why I’m giving 1 star.

There was a misunderstanding regarding my appointment charges and I was calling to see if I could simply reduce my visit to a consultation because I essentially paid $350 to have a brief conversation. I called them after my consultation and was extremely nice in the beginning and I just wanted answers to see what could be done. She answered me in an extremely passive aggressive tone, saying that If I wanted something cheaper I should have went somewhere else in the first place and there was no way that someone else could have misinformed me regarding the price. Even if she was having a bad day, that’s not how you talk to people that just wanted an answer.

Once again, the doctor is amazing and very worth seeing but the staff at the desk is a liability when it comes to customer experience.

If you are reading this, please call ahead of time if you have questions for this business and record every bit of information they tell you. I am not upset about the money, I am upset with how I was communicated with.

The doctor was very kind, patient focused and thoroughly listened to and addressed all my concerns. The staff was very friendly and kind. The NP Mary did a blood draw and it was the best that I have ever had. I will definitely be back and refer family and friends.

Unresponsive , uncoordinated, unprofessional, i'd give this place a 0 if i could. Waited almost 2 hours trying to book a telehealth. This place shouldn't even offer telehealth if staff isn't trained to use a mic and cam on time. do you self a favor and save your self some hassle, if you need urgent care this place ain't it.

I had a disappointing experience at Macley Family Practice that I feel compelled to share. Initially, I was quoted a clear price for a consultation regarding an immigration form. However, I was later hit with hundreds of dollars in unexpected charges for additional exams that were never disclosed upfront.

When I attempted to clarify the situation, the staff was not only unhelpful but also disrespectful during the call. This lack of transparency and poor customer service made what should have been a straightforward process incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this practice based on my experience.

Dr. C is a great person and doctor. If there’s an issue going on and you need your doctor to listen he’s that guy. Very professional, understanding, and has the solutions. I went to several different doctors and I couldn’t be happier for finding Dr. C! I’m with him for the long haul! Thanks Dr. C and team!
