From the time you schedule your appointment, to your time in the office, to the time you leave, you feel valued, respected, and cared for.
The entire staff works hard to make it worth your time and efforts. They work to schedule when it’s convenient for you and send reminders, as well as work with adjustments needed. The dental hygienists are awesome, gentle, and honest. They help you understand your teeth and what you can do to have great teeth. Dr. Shah is kind and professional. She makes sure you know what’s happening, and does a fantastic job. They may be out of network for us, but worth every bit!!

The staff at Macon Smiles is the best! They always make me feel welcomed and just have the best customer service. Dr. Shah is really a sweet Dentist. She walked me through everything she was doing, that concerned me, while fixing my tooth. Everything went smoothly! They even had a blanket and headphones for my phone or for the tv to listen to while she worked. It really has been a pleasant experience!

UPDATE 8/26/24:
I have been with Macon Smiles for a while now and I am still satisfied with their service. The staff, in every department, STILL make me feel welcomed and that they care about me and the service I receive. I just had a crown fall out last week that was the work of another dentist about 5 years ago. Macon Smiles was able to get me in their schedule to fix it. I waited to have them do it and not when I was out of town, because I know IT’S GOING TO BE DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! Dr. Shah always does exceptional work, EVERY TIME! I always trust my dental care to Macon Smiles!

I love my Dentist!!! She is sweet and professional. Dr. Shah is very good at her job. You can tell he has alot of experience. No ouchies here !!! Her staff is always so kind. They know me by name.
