The office staff are nice & helpful, the nursing staff has always seemed caring and sincere. Dr Kendrick is super patient & kind. He listens & I am glad I found Madison County Medical. Sometimes the wait time is long but the office is comfortable & accommodating.

Gina and her nurse Amanda are amazing! I will never go to anyone else again and if they ever leave I will literally follow then.
I went 2 different doctors at Mana and they couldn't figure out illness I had. I went to Gina and she figured it out so quickly. She explained everything to me in such detail and was very kind while doing so.

Everytime we come here, were made to sit outside and they forget about us. I've called to let them know we are out here twice now and they DO not care. My child is currently sitting in the backseat with a 102.5 degree fever, and they can't even pick up the phone within a decent timeframe. The only cars that are here are the employees and two other patients vehicles besides our own. Also, the nurses here, one in particular which others have mentioned in their reviews here, is absolutely horrible, and idk how she got her license, or how she keeps it. HIPPAS a thing, y'all. And it might be a small town, but you should be keeping your traps shut about people's health information where other patients can hear you. Your personal information here IS NOT SAFE. this is the last time we will be coming here. We can do a whole lot better.

I only gave this place 3 stars because I've been coming here for years I usually see David Storm , AND ALWAYS IN AND OUT FAST DAVID IS SUPER SWEET AND THOROUGHLY but today !! I've been here over 2 hours still have not seen a Dr !! Supposed to be Dr. Embrey!! So I asked if I've been forgotten and the nurse RUDELY SAID HES 80 AND SLOW JUST WAIT OR LEAVE !! REALLY!! Well sorry about it maybe he needs to retire this is people's lives and health not the Retirement center where you wait for hours for nothing !!

Was having my prescription done there for 9 months. Out of nowhere they took my MG's up. Went from 10 to 20mg, started overdosing doing what the bottle said. Have been calling up there for 3 months now trying to get them to send the 10's. Won't answer the phone, get put on hold and they never pick back up. Left messages with my nurse to no avail. For sure one of the worst places I've seen a doctor. Will be making 1 hour 15 minute drive 9ne way for my future doctors. If you need assistance go elsewhere this place is absolutely horrible.

Will not answer the phone. They put you on hold then set there and talk. I've seen it myself in the office. The nurses gossip about personal info and all. Finally had to find other alternatives for a prescription because they wouldn't answer or let me talk to a nurse for a refill or follow up appointment. Had covid, doctor tried to put me on maoi's for anxiety. This place is honestly no more than a joke or a tax right off because they are the absolute worst place to go for your health. I would not ever trust them again, go elsewhere. For the sake of your kids,family and yourself, do not go here.

Do NOT GO HERE. The staff is horrible, nasty women who sit in the lobby and talk about your personal information. My uncle was there, I was waiting and after he left they were talking about his MEDICAL and why he was there, making fun of him! Absolutely disgusting place. You wait forever, sometimes hours after you're appointment. My daughter had an ear infection and they would not even refill her antibiotic! This was during covid and I didn't want to bring her in since she was so little. Do the drive to Springdale or harrison. These people are AWFUL

The doctors are great but they have a problem with scheduling. On average you are waiting 45 minutes to an hour to get back into a room then you wait there as well. A person should not have to wait for over an hour or more to be seen by a doctor. Our time is just as valuable as their's. Unacceptable.
