Friendly helpful staff. The staff are always very efficient, courteous and professional with me. The Dr's. All seem to be very knowledgeable and caring. Each one that I have seen personally, have gone above and beyond the call of duty. I would recommend this Dr office to friends and family.

Dr.Kendrick is great. He listens and really wants you to get better. He's my number one doctor of choice. The nurses are caring as well.

The staff is great. Dr. Kendrick's himself is very nice and knowledgeable. Great bedside manner. He tries to keep you preoccupied if he knows he's going to have to do something to you that may cause you a little pain. Doesn't work on me, but he tries. He answers all of your questions, in a straightforward manner.

The nurses and staff are great. Don't let the older ones fool you. They may look like 'granny' but they are still able to do their jobs. Some, I dare say, better than the younger ones. The waiting can be a little hectic, but if you refuse to see anyone BUT the doctor and a specific one at that, of course it can be. There's only one of them and many people. My family is like that. We only see Dr. Kendrick's. Not a nurse or anything like that, so we expect the wait.

Go in enough and the ladies at the front counter will start knowing your face and name. The only real fallback I see is their accounting department. I don't know where it's located, but watch your bill. We've gotten some BOGUS charges from them. NOT the doctor mind you but the accounting department itself. We did get it all cleared up though.

Everyone here is really nice. With that being said the last several times we've been there the wait is so long. Even if you have an appointment. It gets frustrating.
