If I could give less than one star I would. This is the dentist office I went to as a child & never had a bad experience but I can't say that anymore. It was my daughter's first appointment, she's 3 years old so naturally she was nervous/scared. Becky told us that we had to hurry up because she had other patients. Mind you, her whole appointment lasted less than 15 minutes & was scheduled for months in advance. She made no attempt to comfort my child, just scolded her. Do not accept pediatric patients if you do not have the patience with them. If you're reading this and have children, I would highly recommend you go somewhere that will treat your child with care and courtesy.

I’ve been a patient for nearly ten years and my kids are patients as well…we couldn’t be happier with any other dentist. I’ve been through quite a number of both serious and minor dental issues, and have been treated promptly, and with great care and consideration. My kids nor myself never feel nervous and never leave in any discomfort. This is something highly important to all loving parents, that their children never be traumatized by a dental visit or procedure, and want themselves and their family members to be prioritized and treated with respect and kindness.
Highly recommend Madison Dental to anyone who needs a dentist. Love this place

I took my 5 year old daughter for her first dentist appointment here and was beyond impressed with this place! I didn't catch the wonderful lady that dealt with my daughter but she was a delight and my daughter loved every second of being there. They treated her so good and my daughter just can't wait to go back! Now what 5 year likes going to the dentist? Or kid for that matter! That should tell you how great of an experience this was!

Had to take my son in for dental work, the staff did a fantastic job and helped him feel as comfortable as possible. The staff misses on basic customer service. Introduce yourself to customers instead of rushing in to complete a procedure then exit as quickly as you came in. Some people have anxiety when it comes to dentist offices and a little goes a long way.

I just recently moved to the area and needed to find my child a dentist office for her regular cleanings. I must say I was skeptical with the little reviews and no website attachment but I'm glad I gave it a chance. The front desk associates are nice and even over the phone they are very respectful and helpful which is hard to come by. This was my daughter's first dental visit and it was wonderful. The wait in the lobby area was not long at all, being her first visit, there was paperwork to fill out and it took maybe two to five minutes to fill out and she was already called back to be seen. They made her feel comfortable and I was completely taken back by the amazing care she received. I would definitely recommend this dental office to others!

Madison Dental has always provided professional service in a clean, comfortable environment. Sheri has cleaned my teeth for 30+ (wow!) years and is always gentle but thorough. I highly recommend this facility!
