Medical personnel and staff are fine. The problem is getting refills called in in a timely manner and sometimes don’t get called in at all. If you express your displeasure, they really don’t care.

Absolutely LOVE this place! The staff is amazing and always treats us so kindly! We love getting to see Taylor’s sweet face she is always so helpful with any questions I have for my children or myself! I wouldn’t imagine taking my children anywhere else!

Dr. Hodges was wonderful! She was able to see me and my daughter same day, wait time was very minimal considering all local urgent cares having 1-2 hour wait times. She listened to our concerns, offered treatment we were comfortable with, and was very concerned with getting us well instead of baby stepping. Very pleased with this office! - Ashley Holcomb

Highly do not recommend this office. Would give ZERO stars if I could. This has been my child’s office for 14 years. The last 5 years has been complete trash. It so hard to get an answer or an appointment. They push so hard to use urgent care. The staff is rude. And Doctor Hodges is the worst! She’ll walk into the room ask the problem and just throw whatever antibiotic that comes to mind. Do not recommend for anyone of any age!

I like the nursing staff. That's not my main issue. It's the ability to even get someone to answer the phone let alone set an appointment. They only way to get one is by going in person. Front desk seems to be mostly full of rude people. But what got me the most was I was told they were booked for the day but I could do urgent care. Funny enough its in the same building and you wait in the same waiting room but there was only one other person there. I waited an hour and not one single person came in. They keep pushing you to use their urgent care side of the business but it cost 3 times as much. They are simply robbing patients.

Just an edit. Was between calls when I made this review. I tried every option to get in touch with someone and funny enough when I chose the billing option someone picked up immediately. It's funny at this point.

Great practice if you can get an appointment. It may be fine for adults and teens, but if you have babies and young kids, it takes forever to get a call back from the nurse line and if you need a same day (or even next day) sick appointment, you can forget about it. I’ve been denied a sick appointment for my kids more than once and the straw that broke the camel’s back for me was when my 17 month old was in the ER early on a Monday morning and I called the office to make a follow up appointment and the best they could do was Thursday afternoon that week (until I complained and then they magically found another opening on Wednesday). They’ll happily send you to their urgent care, but the wait is just insane and that’s of course billed at a much higher rate. It’s just not ideal. I’m switching to a practice that’s much more responsive and attentive.

Trying to get somebody to actually answer the phone is close to impossible. There’s no reason a doctors office should consistently not answer their phones. Front office staff is rude and uncaring. Do not recommend.
