I took my daughter today for her first appointment and the staff were amazing! So friendly and check in was super simple. As a new patient it took less than a week for an appointment which I loved because with medi-cal it can take forever to find a provider. We had a great experience. The facility was clean and catered to kids.highly recommended

We have been going to Make A Smile for years and the staff are always so friendly and kind! My son has special needs and they are always willing to accommodate him/us to the best of their ability. I wanted to give and extra thank you to Hailey both in the front office and also Hailey the Dental Hygienist as well as Doctor Rosie! My son has elopement behaviors and the way that they are aware of the slow and gentle approach that is needed as well as being okay with the accommodations requested makes a world of difference! I’m just so thankful for Make A Smile’s care and attention to their patients. It makes a world of difference. If you are questioning whether you should take your child here, don’t hesitate at all!

My kids like it here. The staff always makes them feel comfortable, they're patient and good with kids. They have movies on to distract them from being at the dentist and a fun prize box to pick from after treatment is done. The massage chair for parents in the waiting room is also a plus.

I’ve been coming from 45 minutes away for years because we have a lot of good experiences with this make a smile office . Staff is always very friendly and listens to concerns . Very clean facility and always in and out without long waits .great pediatric dentist

This place is amazing! Massage chair in the lobby! Yes! All 4 of my children come here and I haven't had a single issue. Plus the staff is amazing! Thank you Make A Smile for pretty teeth 🙂

From the front dest and RDAs to the Doctor everyone was absolutely wonderful. I 100% recommend this place. They even have an awesome full body massage chair in the lobby for total relaxation for you or the kids.

We had a very disappointing and challenging experience at the Make A Smile dental office in Rocklin. The front desk is very disorganized and threaded really thin. I had several bad experiences with the front desk and the lead dental assistant. After 4 visits to this dental office, we ended up transferring to Smile Island, which that dental office is amazing!! The Make a Smile office is old, small, and not as kid friendly as they advertise. I mainly chose this dental office for their bilingual staff and Dr. Rosie was friendly. The lead dental assistant approached me the first time with a very rude and short attitude. I fought every time with this office to make sure my daughter got the treatment we desired. They wanted to penalize me for rescheduling an appointment because my daughter caught Strep. I had to fight to not be penalized. Less than 1 month, my daughter's spacer has broken off, and they refused to fix it. This office is pushy, rude, run down, and disorganized. The dental assistants hate the front desk and always roll their eyes at them. Not a good dental office.

Experience going down everytime I need to contact them. The customer support has probably been outsourced to a location/Country where they have no clue about what a customer is speaking. I have been trying to contact them since 3 weeks now to get a refill on my Son's Toothpaste which was recommended after the last visit. I cannot get through to talk to any Dentist at any time. I was surprised to know the orthodontics department is open on most days but for regular dental needs the office is not open all the days in the week(M-F) anymore. Since I live in Rocklin I did go in one day and found the doors locked. Its a surprise since I have never seen that happen. But today when I called customer care I got a confirmation that their office is not open all days in the week( M-F)anymore.
My second issue is with the co-pay. Everytime I visit the office I walk out after settling my Co-pay. Invariably a month later an email pops up that I still owe money. I can understand it hapenning once in a while, but ever since I started going in to Rocklin center this is an on-going issue. There is never an explanation on what the charges are and why. I specifically called in to ask and I was told sorry we dont know why this happened. I asked for a call back, so far nothing in the last 2-3 weeks.
One thing to note is that for every one star review they ask the customer to call the customer service to sort it, but how is a customer supposed to sort it out when the customer service has no clue on why the charges show up even though the co-pay was settled , they have no clue how to get through to a Doctor/Dentist. Any and all requests for call back so far in the last month have not been full-filled. I am done with make a Smile. I would want others to be aware of the situation. Its good until you need any form of customer service, at which point you are on your own.
