Omg I am so livid right now, I never have given a bad review to anything before.... My daughter was birthed by Dr Van Buren has been there since she was born she's 12 now almost 13 so I have been calling calling calling because they keep calling in the wrong prescription for her she will not sleep without it.... They're sending in the wrong prescription I call n call then some1 that most def isn't in the office bc after I wait n WAIT ON HOLD THESE 2 INDIAN DUDES WHO CANT EVEN SAY THE DOCTORS NAME OR A LADY ANSWERS N SAY IM MAKING SURE ITS GETTING SENT IN... THEN NOTHING ?

All staff members are friendly and respectful. It’s the first at this MCR and I’m very happy that we meet doctor Mrs Jngilles. She is very good, friendly and explained every thing that is going on with my daughter in no rush AND we were the last patient. So I really appreciate her.

I always feel like I’m bothering the front desk staff the energy is just always off I always feel so uncomfortable. You would expect more smiles an a friendly welcome you don’t get that here. As a mother that’s just trying to see about the health of the child we need a friendly welcome I know that’s not much to ask . It’s soooo much more that I’ve experienced here like trying to cover mistakes due to billing situation rescheduling appointments the day off ! At this point I have no desire to even come back sick of the poor service all around the bored idc idc idc .

If I could still leave a review and put 0 stars I would. This place makes me sick. I’m so stored of nasty attitudes. The women that work up front are terrible. TERRIBLE and talk to you like you are nobody worth any respect. An I do not think highly of myself I’m not stuck up but i know you’re supposed to be kind to others. They lie and say they leave voicemails when no call was ever made. I wish yall could look up and see if yal ever made a call bc that is just ridiculous. Just how they handle a conversation and interrupt when you’re talking and belittling is just beyond me. This is my 3rd time dealing with such attitudes bc they overbook themselves ! Not my issue they don’t know how to do their job or bc they had too much going on or dealt with whatever before me. I’m looking for another drs office. I love Mrs. Mary and the pharmacist. They’re what kept me coming back but I can NOT and will NOT deal with such treatment anymore especially when I’m Judy trying to get my kids seen to be healthy. That is not supposed to be that type of environment it’s a drs office not a ghetto house or battlefield. They make you wanna get ugly just bc of how they talk to you. It’s so disrespectful and disgusting. I was 17mins late due to traffic and a wreck. You know it’s season. The way she talked to me and didn’t even give me a chance to explain cutting me off. She said the provider was behind 4 patients. And that the old white lady done gave me a call and I should’ve answered but she left me a voicemail. I showed the woman I had no missed calls or voicemail and she’s like that’s not my problem. We only allow patients 15mins to be late. Your child won’t be seen today. Ima reschedule you, you usually see Mrs Mary anyway. — she rolled her eyes and just snarky. 17 mins. 2mins extra. But the provider was 4 patients behind… now my child has to wait. An why do I have to deal with such attacking attitude almost every time I come over little small things then this. Nooooo I know I don’t have to deal with this and I will be looking for something else.

Heather in the pharmacy is absolutely AMAZING! She deserves a raise. Her energy is unmatched. You can tell she loves what she does. I give her ten stars! One of the best here at MCR.

This place is amazing and I recommend it to all my friends. I have been here about 5 times in the past few years. The staff is friendly and The doctor is such a kind person. They treat each person with care and respect. It is apparent that they want to help. The Pharmacy is also a place everyone needs to know about. They work very hard and do research in order to save money on prescriptions and know the system well. I recommend this place to all family and friends here.
