If I could give a "NO" star I would. Dr. Marlowe Ross is the worst doctor I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Arrogant, dismissive, condescending, rude and I was told by a hospital technician, he's not liked by Hoag Hospital staff and patients...at all!!! I am seriously considering filing a complaint: How he handled my case, he's that bad! This is a doctor that may have been good at one time, but is now completely and entirely burned out. He needs to retire!

His office is very unprofessional. I just moved from a different state, and because I need forms filled out for disabled placard, his office decided that I can wait for 2 months. I will look for a different pulmonary doctor due to his receptionist. Being a facilitator for the American Lung Association, I will not tolerate this!

Dr. Ross took care of my dad for YEARS. Dr. Ross goes further than any doctor I have ever experienced. In caring fir my father he saved his life by forwarding an X-ray to another doctor and when that doctor said everything was fine , Dr. Ross asked him to take another look at a particular section of my dads’ lung. That extra diligence caught cancer in its early stages.

Dr. Ross is an outstanding doctor. He is very thorough and pro-active. He has taken care of my Mom and Husband. I highly recommend him to anyone that has pulmonary health problems. If I had PPO health insurance, he would be my Primary Care Doctor! He is the best!!!!

I had severe COPD when I started with Dr. Ross. I needed my rescue inhaler constantly and dropped out of exercise class because of labored breathing. Because of Dr, Ross, I live a much better life without worrying about my breathing all the time. I rarely use my rescue inhaler and have resumed my workout program.He is wonderful and I am grateful for him.
