I started coming the beginning of 2024. Best Dr office I've been to. The Drs and nurses, staff are amazing. Wait times are not long. Janelle is the main nurse I see each week. She is great. We always laugh and she makes me feel so comfortable. She is very gentle and cares about her patients. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks Martinez urgent care.

There are no words to explain this office.They are literally supercalaFRAGaListically amazing!! The staff is absolutely amazing and I never had a need not met. I feel like a human and not just a number being seen. Moving here from out if town due to military I had some medical needs that needed to be met.. Before I even got here I was well taken care of by the office manager she set me right up and I never felt mislead.. If you need an office that is straight to the point and stands in true patient care come here!!!!

Nicole and Anna Beth are excellent. They were able to get answers to my issue when the primary doctor I usually go to couldn't. I highly recommend Urgent Care to anyone looking for good quality care!

The wait time here is horrible. Place is unsanitary and seems like all the equipment is Walmart bought or hand me downs from another clinic. Ended up getting a refund after sitting in there over an hour

I been seeing Dr. Brown for years, he is the best doctor I have ever been treated by, he's compassionate, caring and understanding!! The front desk receptionist Kim and Renee are awesome!! I will definitely recommend this place for urgent care or if you are in need of a good primary care provider!!

I've seen Dr brown for the last 11 years as my primary. Byfar the best doctor I have ever seen. He has helped me tremendously and listened because I'm blunt and honest! You may have a wait time but the service is great and the staff always friendly and respectful. The negative reviewiers of wait time should question themselves why there is a wait! Expect nonrobotic, common sense, knowledgeable, and time to finish a sentence. In other words, he is a responsible doctor that cares about his paitents. Other providers need to take note 🙂

Dr Brown is such an awesome doctor, so sad to say the coordination of getting refills has not been a good experience for myself. I called to have someone to call me in regards to my refill of medication from Walgreens. 4 hours passed still no returned call, I called again and was told we are busy it’s Monday. Calling to get a refill is not important apparently. Out of medication SMH. Must seek another health care provider. Going to miss Dr Brown.
