Marcus Bowen is really good. He always takes his time with me and listens thoroughly. He answers all my questions and concerns and he take the time to explain everything to me. He never does any test or prescribe anything without making sure I know completely what is going on. He is friendly and compassionate. He is one of the best in my opinion.

Awesome Doctor (Jennifer Clairday), Nursing and office staff are great & very helpful if you have issues, questions or concerns. They all treat you like a person and listen and not as a product or number to move as fast as they can out the door.

I don't understand why the employees at the Folkston office think that it's okay to be extremely rude to the patients. My sister used to use the folkston location and after 2 years she gave up and went to another practice because of the way the employees that run the office treated her. Now I'm giving my elderly neighbor a ride to her doctor's appointments at the Folkston office and the three times that I've gone into the lobby with her, the receptionist and the nursing staff have been really ugly to her. I hope McKinney management can get this straightened out it's totally uncalled for. After what I've seen I would never go there and never recommend anybody else to.

She is the best. She is one of the most genuine people I know. She cares and is the sweetest human being. She goes out of her way to take care of you. She listens to concerns and will allow you to voice your concerns in a very professional manner. She never makes you feel like you’re not part of the plan to keep you on track with your health. I will follow her anywhere.
