Came here for laser and girl that actually does the laser is really nice and great. But scheduling here has been horrible. Very hard to reach and not getting a response. Had my appointment randomly changed without my approval’s to a day that I’m not even available and still not getting a response to fix it. Would not recommend even for a Groupon.

My facial with Holly was amazing, her knowledge is extensive and her touch was perfect. I also learned that they offer botox, laser hair removal and many other medical spa treatments. I highly recommend this place!

Just had a vitamin C facial with Holly and it was wonderful! I didn’t have trouble scheduling it (I was redeeming a certificate with eLiveLife; I texted her, which is what it recommended on her website - and was actually able to get in pretty quickly), and the facial itself really exceeded my expectations! I’ve had several facials before, and I really appreciated that Holly took a lot of time to not only massage my face while applying products, but also my neck, arms, and hands! That felt great! She was very friendly and the room was very comfortable - heated, contoured/adjustable bed, music, diffuser. The location is also beautiful - there’s a really nice courtyard garden (where I’m sitting as I write this; will include a photo). I’d highly recommend Holly/coming here!

Loved my esthetician who did the Botox but I had a Groupon and the owner tried to overcharge me by 200$. I was extremely nervous getting my first Botox done and feinted after. I was still feeling woozy and didn’t think about the fact they were overcharging me. Called back a couple weeks later when I realized and they refunded me but I think the owner took advantage of my state of mind and added a couple hundred bucks to my bill….won’t be going back

Attempted to buy a Groupon for laser hair removal. Tried MANY times to call and make an appointment. Tried emailing and messaging on their website with no response or answer. Terrible customer service. Thankfully I was able to get a refund for my Groupon. I do not recommend going here at all.

Dont waste your time and money on this place. Purchased a 6 session package for laser removal on Groupon. I only completed 3 sessions in 9 months because they kept cancelling and rescheduling my appointments. Basically made my laser hair removal ineffective because of inconsistencies in appointments.

They are terrible at responding to calls or text messages. I got a text message two weeks after I asked for an appointment.. and to add insult to injury they blamed me for the laser hair removal not being effective. I had to send them screen shots of all the times they cancelled / rescheduled my appointments.

Went to MD Skin and Laser with my sister and girlfriends before brunch. The staff was so friendly and the location and parking was very easy. This was my first experience doing laser treatment but the nurse and owner made me feel so comfortable. I was nervous that having a laser treatment would hurt but they use a special laser that doesn't hurt as much. I even booked 3 more sessions! Thanks ladies for all your help, I will recommend your business and services to my friends!

Had good results for laser hair removal, but near impossible to make an appointment because they never answer the phone or texts. Then, they are late for your appointment. Laser results are messed up because it’s so difficult to make an appointment for your next session.
