My girls and I have been using this urgent care for about the past year &. Half. The little kids pediatrician is all the way up in Macon and it’s nearly impossible for me to get them in there for sick visits. My PCP is all the way in ATL. So I’ve used these guys many many times when someone needs to be seen that day. The family NP Tonya has seen us for sports injuries. Bad colds. Ear infections. Pneumonia. She even saw me one day for a hunk of garlic being jammed up under my nail. We did see a gentleman MD one day as well and he was fabulous. They have X-ray on site and it’s come in very handy more than once. I’ve never waited more than a few minutes. I’ve never had issues with billing. Miss Tonya really listens and cares for her patients. Many times in a healthcare setting I’ve felt super rushed and just overall like I’m not being heard. I’ve never felt this way about this practice. They are wonderful. Definitely my go to. I would recommend them very highly. Signed. A very happy and well cared for family <3

Had a Great experience at Med Plus with Tonya. I was very very sick and she took the time to really listen, examine and diagnose my problem.She provided a lot of information to me, answered all my questions and decided on a full scale treatment to try to get me some relief and prevent the problem from getting any worse. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Nurse Practitioner Ashley. She was unprofessional and dismissive during my visit. Instead of addressing my concerns about unnecessary lab work—since I had just completed tests with my primary doctor—she chose to discuss me with her assistants in the hallway. This felt disrespectful and violated my privacy.

When she finally entered the room, her condescending tone only added to my frustration. Overall, this was the worst experience I've ever had with a medical professional, and I would not recommend her to anyone seeking respectful and competent care.

They were very fast getting me in and out, I really like the nurse and the male doctor was wonderful . The lady at the front window was very loud and rude and seems to be very hard to work with. She was visibly being defiant and childish to the nurse, also just all around hateful demeanor towards everyone. I don’t think that this is the job for her especially when people are coming there sick and hurt. I still give 5 stars because of the other staff.

Upon arrival there’s no cars. Nobody in the waiting room. Immediately put in a waiting room for 1.5 hrs. I had an Appt. During that time 1 person checked out. Upon leaving another lady in the waiting room had been in the back as well and left for 2 hrs. She informed me the staff was eating and visiting family. I was told my test results would be ready the next day and I would get a call. I called next day and had to leave a Voicemail. 2 days later I get the results. If I was Dr Souza I would be ashamed to put my name on it.

Making an appointment online was easy. The front staff were very courteous and helpful. The medical assistant was attentive and took my information carefully. Tonya Crager, the nurse practitioner, took excellent care of me.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This place is disgusting. There's a lack of basic infection prevention and hygiene. There are Roaches in the lobby, trash on the floor in the patient exam rooms, and I was given a mouth swab by a medical assistant who didn't wear gloves. I won't be back.
