Please change the receptionist that works the front desk. I didn’t get her name but she’s African American. She has the meanest attitude I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Luckily one of the medical assistants/the girl working with Dr. White was able to assist me but she made the whole experience miserable. At one point I didn’t even want to come back because I felt bullied in so many ways. I had an appointment almost a year ago and I didn’t post anything then but I just randomly thought about it. I will say Dr. White was great so was the girl he works with. But the receptionist has got to go. Patients are not supposed to be treated so unprofessionally when they’re already dealing with chronic pain.

I was referred to Dr. Furie by my rheumatologist. My hypermobility was questioned and I was told EDS isn't a painful condition on the first visit. Told to just not move in ways that hurt and to take an advil. My x-ray showed previous dislocation. The second visit, my neck issues were also questioned, and this morning, I woke up in a lot of pain from the exam yesterday. He gave a PT referral saying anyone can do hypermobility, which I know some hypermobile people end up in more pain if they are treated by someone who doesn't know. I called back to get a referral to a PT I know is informed and haven't heard back from the office. So I am in more pain then when we started. Waiting for a good referral. I feel dismissed and waisted copay money. I do not recommend this practice, especially if you are hypermobile.

Dr Geiger was hands down exactly the kind of Doctor I have been praying for. I have recently had a chain of events that have changed my quality of life drastically. And the level of care I had been receiving prior to Gigi left me always feeling like I deserved better. After my first visit with her, because she listened and she observed and she was compassionate. I slept last night for the first time in weeks. Simply because i am no longer worried about finding someone that speaks my language. Thank you! Sad tears are now happy tears lol

Dr. Ginger is such a great doctor. I have been dealing with pain due to a condition for years and seen so many doctors and was starting to give up hope to find a doctor to actually help me with my pain.. I really felt like she cared about me and believed my pain. It's hard to find a doctor like her , she listens to you and has given me great advice and was able to spot certain mental health issues I had going on due to my health problems and I am so thankful for her help. I will miss her and will no doubt not be able to find a good doctor like her for my pain anywhere else ! I wish all doctors could be like her! She just has an overall great energy and is so good at her job.

Dr. Geiger is AWESOME! She takes time to listen to you and genuinely cares about you as a person. She will never make you feel like you are just a number or dollar sign like some doctors do. Bringing her on staff was a fantastic decision by Medici. Go see her!

I met with Dr. G. Geiger as a new patient on 10/22/2020. I was a tad bit apprehensive, having a negative experience with another doctor in the past. From the moment I walked thru the door, I was immediately met with the calm, clear welcome for which one would hope to find. The offices are spotless & soothingly comfortable; the entire staff were polite, professional & extraordinarily helpful. Upon meeting with Dr. Geiger, the last reminiscences of concern drifted into oblivion. She listened....really listened and responded with hope, encouragement & a plan of action. I very much appreciate her commitment to mutual transparency in our budding relationship. The appointment was not rushed in any manner & ALL of my concerns & questions were addressed, thoroughly, patiently & beyond my expectations. It has now been a week since meeting with her, I have already recommended two of my friends to call her. You won't be disappointed either.
