I had a bad experience with Dr Megan Brown and her nurse under her nameed Sherry didn't care about my well being after my surgery with Dr. Rodriguez at Hamilton Medical Center. I had a cyst cut out by my right groin on April 9th. Dr. Rodriguez didn't even give me any pain medicine and had a nerve to say that I don't need any pain medicine, like he knows how my body feels. I feel racial violated by Dr. Rodriguez, Dr. Meagan Brown and her assistant Dr. Sherry. They have a terrible attitude and favorites. Stay far away from them, they are not good doctors at all, but just want money.

Dr. Brown is the best of all primary physician's I have seen in nearly 20 years. She has excellent bedside manners and pays attention and actually listens to her patients when explaining things to her. I would recommend to anyone that is in need of a primary physician. Wait times are always less than 5 minutes.

Dr. Brown has been wonderful! I have the common "white coat syndrome" but she makes me feel at ease and respected. She talks to me in a way I can completely understand and always makes me feel at ease. If you're looking for a new doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Megan Brown!

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
This Doctor has no qualms about putting someone at risk. I have been a patient of hers for some time. Last year my mother passed away after suffering horribly from Parkinson's Disease. I'm Bipolar and her death caused me to become extremely depressed and I rarely left my home. Because of this I missed appointments, not only with Dr. Brown but other providers and clinics as well. I Was Severely Depressed!
But Dr. Brown in her inexperience and immaturity has decided to not see me as her patient anymore I was informed today. Read that again.... I was so depressed that I could barely leave my own home much less make it to any appointment yet my PCP thought it would be best to now leave me with no doctor at all, and I suppose no medication. My pharmacy has been trying for days to get Dr Brown to refill prescriptions that I need but she has refused.
Is that even ethical?
I have filed one complaint already and part of the reason I'm being booted from Hamilton Physicians Group is pure retaliation from them and Megan Brown. I will be spending the next few weeks posting more reviews and filing complaints and if Dr Brown allows me to run out of my medication I will certainly be discussing the legal ramifications against her with local attorneys.
Dr Brown and Hamilton Physicians Group...
You just cannot play childish games with patients health. Immature decisions based on hurt feelings do not belong anywhere in a health care setting.

The Drs response to the original post was for me to leave my information to discuss my issues with her and HPG in general. The response was obviously posted for appearance sake as I did not receive a call or even an email back. This again is very typical of inexperience.

Dr. Brown is wonderful! She takes her time to listen to you, makes sure she understands your questions and/or concerns and takes her time to make sure you understand what she has to say as well. I am very blessed to have found such a wonderful doctor!

Dr Brown is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Being new to the area I was anxious starting with a new physician. She was wonderful and took time to answer every question. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and also professional. A great experience.
