I am return patient for removal of nails of both great toes because Dr Amirkiai was excellent podiatrist last time 3/2023.

1) He explained very fair and excellent risk and benefits. I fully understood.

2) He also offered me different options for treatment.

3) He is calm down and confident to make patients feel he is truly trustworthy.

4) He performed excellent surgeries.

I went to Dr. Amirkiai with painful feet. He took a conservative approach with fitting me with orthotics, and when that did not resolve the pain, and based on x-rays, he did joint resurfacing of great toe joints and bunionectomies on each foot, 3 months apart. Surgeries and recoveries were successful, and he patiently fine-tuned my orthotics before I set off on a 500 mile / 800 km pilgrimage hike, the Camino Frances of El Camino de Santiago in Spain, 6 months after my second foot surgery. I was able to complete the journey! Many thanks to this kind and capable physician and his staff.

I had plantar fasciitis and I came to Dr. Amirkiai he gave me some custom made orthotics and recommend me to wear it with a specific model shoes. It worked great but since my condition was really bad, I had to do Korean acupuncture as well. With both his orthotics and Korean acupuncture my problem is gone. It got so well that I don’t need shoe inserts anymore. I tried many other orthotics and none of them were as nearly as good as his. His worked the best.

I went to Dr.Amirkiai after moving here.. I got an orthodic from them that was designed poorly, compared to many I got from my old doctor... unfortunately this orthodic resulted in significant injury to my ankle. Not only I had to deal with the agony of not playing sports for almost 1 year, they couldn't do the insurance claim right and wanted me to pay out of pocket. The billing person I had to deal with was extremely rude and aggressive , and one call to insurance company fixed the issue, something they should've done. Incompetence all over...
