Everyone here is so kind and helpful. I had a scare and was really impressed by the beside manner of the doctor—she was calm and reassuring. The tech was wonderful as well.

Additionally, I was nervous about billing because the procedure was over $10k but everything was handled perfectly with no snags from the billing department.

Recently I’ve had a questionable experience at this sector of Memorial Health University Physicians. Came in for a doctor referred breast ultrasound. Was brought into an office like setting prior to my appointment was asked to pay $500 for the appointment upfront. The woman handling my appointment had absolutely no bedside manner. Very condescending and nasty. When I expressed my concern of handing over $500 for a doctor ordered ultrasound that insurance should be 100% covering she talked over me and compared her having to pay her car insurance to healthcare which I found to be extremely inappropriate and unacceptable. I didn’t catch her name. She was a black woman middle aged with red hair. I have emailed this hospital for the medical coding for insurance purposes over a week ago of course I haven’t gotten a response back. Thinking of taking my medical needs elsewhere.

Carol in Breast imaging was extremely patient and helpful as I was in tears and sharing my fears of underarm pain in the last couple of weeks. She was willing to enter the order for an ultrasound although they saw nothing on my mammogram. She was very attentive and kind.
Brittany was a new medical assistant in Dr. Burak’s office. She was the most kind and compassionate medical assistant I had ever encountered in that office.
NP Shelly was new but was just as knowledgeable as if she had been there for years. She made me feel very comfortable also. I was a little nervous about seeing a new NP, but I was in very good hands.
Today was very special for me. Since my cancer treatment; all mammograms were in September and October. I didn’t feel well enough to drive to Savannah and had to cancel it. This was my first mammogram in January and on the 31st I’ll celebrate 10 years cancer free! Praise God!!!

My experience with Memorial Health have always been nothing, but outstanding the customer service awesome bedside manner of the staff employees. Ms.Catie Bell in the Breast Care she is outstanding a long time employee who shows a type of family love toward the patients and concern for your care she listens and very caring .To all the doctors, nurses, medical assistants, technicians , dietary, medical maintenance. The Breast Care center is efficient, everytime I come the wait is not long at all. My surgeon Dr. Burack is compassionate, nice and answered all my questions. They also have the kindest and most caring receptionist named Trenetta. When i checked in she asked me how I was doing since my surgery. When I came out of my appointment she asked if they addressed my concerns. I definitely recommend this office!

I cannot say enough GREAT things about Memorial Breast Care! Dr. Rhel and her staff are absolutely amazing! During such a scary time in my life they all made me feel at ease and were so quick to accommodate my needs. The weekly phone calls from the case managers made me feel like nothing would be missed and I was getting the best care. My family and I are SO thankful to have had such a wonderful experience during such a trying time!

Everyone there is a pleasure to be around. They're always nice, courteous and helpful. My daughter had to have surgery a year ago and the experience was not stressful at all. Every nurse and health care worker we had was amazing. I would recommend anyone to go here for their breast care needs.

From the time I walk in the door, to the time I leave, they always go above and beyond in customer service and medical treatment. They care about me as a patient and take as much time as needed for my questions and concerns.
