I absolutely love Dr. Amethyst and her bedside manner. She has been seeing my son since we've moved to Savannah in 2015. Top tier quality of care. My son is on the spectrum and can be difficult when it comes to getting vitals and what not. Recently we had the pleasure of getting Makayla (not sure of last name) to check vitals and find out the reason for my son's visit. I'm not sure what it is about her but she simply puts him at ease. She was even able to get his BP and anyone who knows him knows that can be tedious. She's super sweet and chill. 10/10...I'll continue to take my son there as long as they're providing care.

it’s very frustrating when someone is supposed to be your primary care provider and you call with an issue and you’re told “oh, sorry we can’t get you in until october. can you go to an urgent care or the ER?”
as a PCP, you should be able to take patients when they’re having issues & not have to book them out MONTHS for things they SHOULD NOT have to go to the ER or an urgent care for. i get waiting months for a specialist but a PCP? it’s ridiculous.

I had Dr. Dannemiller and I feel as though she didn’t listen to all of my concerns and mainly focused on only one of them. I brought up a major concern that was completely ignored and looked over. I am very frustrated because I feel like I wasn’t listened to at all during the entire appointment.

The drs. I have come across so far are good as well as the nursing staff and front office staff. What I don't like are the cameras in some of the rooms. There should not be cameras in any rooms where a patient will be. Rather that camera is on or off. I asked to be moved to a different room and was.

Ms. Kiara and Dr. Dannemiller are amazing very professional, kind, has respect for their patients. So thankful for them seeing and taking good care of me! The front office staff was outstanding as well!

I had to go in for an office visit after having problems with my wrist. My nurse was Kiara. She was the best. Kiara was nice, friendly and professional. Dr. Mike Phelps was the attending physician and he was great as well. Dr. Phelps asked me how I was doing. He was personable and attentive. Great doctors and staff.

I have been going to this practice for over a year and overall I enjoy the level of service that I receive and the time and care given to me. Great team of caring doctors. But today was my first bad visit. The nurse who was getting my vitals and checking me in asked me to do a Google review so that she could get some new scrubs. Well here it is. Again all went well with my visit with the doctors no problems at all. Very pleased. Another nurse came in to give me the exit paperwork so I took it and left the office. As I sat in my car reading the paper to figure out how to take another day from work to attend an office visit in the next two days, I realized that this was not my paperwork. I return to the office with hopes of getting my paperwork. I was told that someone would be right out. After a hour of waiting and seeing both nurses that I mentioned previously standing at office doors just having conversations I decided to leave and hope that my information will placed on MyChart so that I can review it. At this point, I would really hate to call the office for a follow up. I really hope that you get your new scrubs.

Our visit for my father was phenomenal. The staff was amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr. Brock was so informative, patient and extremely pleasant to have a conversation with! Arkierria, Tiffani, Trina and Kiara was so on point with everything! Their communication skills and the care for my father was outstanding! Good Job Team
